I don't usually make too much of an issue with choosing the lowest priced vendor, as I value service more than a "few cents here and there". However, having just bought a new RV and finding out how much it's actually costing at this point to set it up with some key accessories that are either necessary or will add to our fun, I couldn't pass up making this particular purchase from AdventureRV.net. Everything was received quickly and well-packaged, and has already been installed or stowed as appropriate. Definitely a reputable vendor that I'll keep on my "A-list" for future purchases!
Web site was easy to use and follow. Since this is my first order, i'll reserve judgement until we see how everything goes.

Easy, good price. Arrived in very short time via FedEx ground. Packaging was rather beaten up, but the product (Plastic RV leveler pads) are virtually indestructible so it didn't really matter. I'll look here before
I shop anywhere else for RV supplies.
Only concern about order was that unbeknowns to me pre delivery, washer came from a warehouse 5 min from my shop in Rock Hill and shipping was almost $200. We actually do work for the facility next door, Kinder. I would have liked to been given the option of pick up or a much more reasonable delivery fee. Hope you can look into this. Jim O'Connor
Received my suburban NT 30 sp install went well everything plugged in and worked perfect this unit replaced the nt 34 model we decided to go a step down and am happy with the results thx adventure rv i will be back for other purchases

Prongs on the 50a cord were bent badly in shipping, hoping it is not a problem. Please be advised for future customer shipments. Could use foam to provide protection.
Furnace was as described. Very prompt shipping. Replaced an 18 year old furnace in a 2000 Damon Intruder M359. Had to retrofit floor based duct entry which was not a problem for a person that knows what he is doing. VERY satisfied with unit and adventurerv. Highly recommended by me. MATT
We are starting the process of building our own customized toy hauler. We purchased a brand new 8.5 x 26' enclosed trailer, pre-wired and extra support braced up top due to our (the wife's) number 1 priority was a/c. I researched for days and finally narrowed it down to the coleman mach 3+. Adventurerv.net had the best price overall so we went for it. To our amazement, it was delivered in perfect condition several days earlier than we had previously anticipated. It took 2 men (only because of the weight and location) about an hour to completely install. It is cooling with no problems yet!
Pleasantly surprised. Had a bad experience at a competitor customer service after order arrival, and wanted a new business to use. I like adventurerv for customer support prior to purchase, price, availability, and shipping time exceeded my expectation by being days faster than I paid for. Product arrived as advertised and as the product I chose. I will be a returning satisfied customer.
The order arrived sooner than expected and that was a great help in getting it installed before my trip. It would be nice to be able to talk with a person at times to be sure you are ordering the right thing or to find an item you can't find on the web site with out having to wait for a return call.

This is my 3rd order from AdventureRV, and both times previous I saved significantly. Web site is fairly easy to navigate, but it would be more convenient if I could select 3 or 4 products to compare side-by-side. Shipping isn't cheap, but even after that, I still save compared to buying local.
Was sent the wrong hitch, didn't get the one that was picture on line. I dont like to give bad reviews.
Items were poorly packaged. Label even states that manufacture's box was removed to save shipping cost. I was unable to talk to a live person during the process to get the damaged part returned. It took too much time to use the automated service. And no way to explain the damage. It appears that I may be able to fix the item by replacing the cooling fan. I will probably bear the time and expense rather than returning it. My time is valuable to me. Your process just waste my time.
A bit concerned that i am paying $30.00 for two day shipping and your company may not even process the order for up to 3 days. Not real comforting, while i am staying in the camper and need that part to make heater work in winter. Hopefully it works out for me. Follow up, got the circuit board 5 days after ordering, weekend was in there. So three business days, paid for 2 day shipping, circuit board does not work. That I will admit is manufacturer issue, not adventure rv issue
I had not heard of your company before attending the Colorado RV show in Denver on January 10. Your prices are good compared to what I have seen at other RV stores. Service was as promised. I have bookmarked their site and will always check it out when getting ready to make a purchase. I will shop here again
Great so far! When Our Product (Hot Water Heater) arrived and we opened the box, we found that it had been dropped sometime, either at warehouse or during shipping. Damaged the housing and loose screws in the box. Don't really know off internal damage. Also missing a switch plate. We contacted customer service via website on Sat. Sept 6th and received email today, Sept. 8th, stating that another water heater was being shipped out to us and return tag ordered for the damaged one. So we are very satisfied with the service so far.
