Your website is very confusing when trying to purchase using an iPad, it does not return to your website for confirmation. I thought I had purchased these items this morning, but when I logged in using my laptop instead, I found that everything was still in my basket. So hopefully only 1 transaction gets billed to my paypal account.

I ordered a new microwave for my trailer and got it within 5 days ( 2 weekend days included). I was really surprised to see that it arrived so fast. Great job! The microwave was received in perfect condition and was just what I had ordered. Will buy from this company again with no hesitation. Thanks for the great service.

The Visa Verify pop-up window has bugs. Had to re-do order.
Product (two Ultra-Breeze roof vent covers) arrived in substandard packaging. One of the vent covers was scratched up, and not in "new" condition.

Very quick and plenty of products and you had everything I was looking for. After receiving the product your on you own if the product does not work. They drop you like a hot potato with no assistance.

Excellent range. Shipping cost is a deterrent to small orders and a more economical shipping method would be great. Where delivery time is not critical, possibly items could be sent surface mail or similar.

Our old heater thermostat had become very hard to switch on or off. The lever finally failed. After a quick search o Adventure RV I found a new/updated thermostat. It was a very easy install and the new unit is a one lever 'on/off/temp control'.

I needed to replace the ceiling grille on my rear ac as well as the filter elements. adventurerv.net had it all, good price and the delivery was so fast I was surprised! Definitely will deal with them again!

Would be nice to be able to converse with someone who can answer your questions, such as shipping by truck, where do you ship to? Your man could not answer this, I'm just hoping for the best, at this point I don't know where the order will go.

There was a question asked on the front end of the support team and the team could not tell me of any difference between two products with the same description but different price. After the order was received, I wrote back to notify of the difference and how to make this purchase easier for the next client and did not receive a concerned reply. How does one improve without addressing the issue?

I was absolutely astounded at how fast you managed to deliver my new hot water heater from your back door to my front door! I can't get pizza delivered that fast! /;-)
I will certainly return the next time I need a part for my motor home.

To be honest - we ordered the extra-wide X-Chocks, and while they look fine, we haven't been able to try them yet because the trailer is at the shop getting some electrical problems fixed. We anticipate them working well, though. We have read good reviews about Bal X-Chocks generally.

Not sure why my first cc wouldn't go through, other than that I am satisfied so far.

Received my items, there was damage to the toilet, but customer service is taking care of the issue. Will update when parts are received
