Oh my word stay away from them I ordered my dress and never got it. They also don't want to refund the money. They told me only after a month that I have to pay some sort of tax - when and where I still don't know. All I can say is stay away they are scam artists. Crap service.

I love my dress! It looked great at the wedding and awesome in photos. I had a hard time finding a dress in a traditional bridal store and this was the perfect alternative. I would definitely do business with this shop again - I've actually been trying to find an excuse to order another dress! The related YouTube channel is genius. I practiced several styles and combined two to make the dress of my dreams.
Shipped promptly and was absolutely beautiful - I wore it to my sister's wedding and received a ton of compliments. The material was heavier than I'd expected but breathed well, so I was very comfortable for an outdoor event. I thought that I had followed measurement instructions, but the dress did end up on the large size, so I would say that if you're borderline, to go down, because I am going to get mine hemmed if I want to wear it without heels.

Bought a wedding dress. Paid for my dress and shipping. When it arrived in my country I had to pay over R3000. 00 ( more than $190) extra as adoring dress failed to declare to correct amount of the dress on the shipping notification. It's horrible that a company like this can commit fraud and I need to make up for their dishonesty.

I ordered two dresses both are made from the flimsiest material with the cheapest looking decorations. Nevermind one dress is completely lopsided. Thank goodness I have a back up dress from David's Bridal.

I see a lot of bad reviews all I can say is I ordered a dress payed for rushed shipping came only two days after the date it said it would arrive and was exactly what I ordered. I did get one size larger then normal and it works great.
I received my dress yesterday. I love it. I have been eyeing it up for months as a potential wedding dress... I had been very reluctant to order as I was worried about whether or not I would like it on. I'm about a size 14/16 and am rather busty. I love it on. There is more than enough material and length in the straps to create decent coverage (Another one of my worries). Once I investigate appropriate undergarments I am sure I will love it even more. The color is a perfect yellow for my fall wedding! She was very easy to work with, I even had to change my shipping address after I ordered and she was totally accommodating. Now I can stop looking at this damn dress every day and go home and wear it around the house, lol.

Ordered this dress after 2 of my bridesmaids became pregnant and no longer fit into their original dress. I was seriously stressing about finding a blush lace dress to match. I ordered TONS of other dresses from department stores and nothing really fit my vision quite like I wanted it to. I ordered some fabric samples from this shop and took a risk in ordering a dress I couldn't see in person first. These turned out AWESOME and fit my growing bridesmaids beautifully. They really complimented the other bridesmaid dresses I had as well. I definitely would recommend the second chiffon layer as the fabric is on the thinner side. SUPER happy customer! I have to agree with many here. I order my dream dress from a website that says they are in Pretoria. I pay for the dress and the postage. Awesome. Dress is shipped within a month great... Then i get a tracking number. Tnt... Hmmm anyway its coming from china... What! No mention anywhere of this. Then stuck in customs for more than a month. Penalty, import duties. A million emails later dress arrives. The dress is made beautifully but the beading is horrible, cheap... Having to replace beading and the dress ends up being 4 times the original price. Be very very careful of adoredress.co.za
