I've made 3 purchases so far from AdoreMe and all have exceeded my expectations! I've purchased a bra and panty set; a bikini, and a corset (lingerie). Love all of the items!
I was a repeat loyal customer to adore me for many months and have ordered countless items with no problems what so ever, until this month. I placed an order over 19 days ago and it still to this day has not shipped. I have sent 3 emails and called multiple times to get the same automated response that wait time has exceeded 15 minutes after waiting over 30 I got hung up on. This company is so unprofessional to receive multiple emails and calls and to completely ignore their customers.
This is the last time that I ever buy from them and from now on instead of highly recommending them to everyone i know, i will be telling them of the how unprofessional and disorganize this company is!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
