I wrote an unfavorable review earlier this month about this company and I have since resolved my issues. I received my first order after 2weeks of frustration and I did cancel my membership once I was emailed several days later by customer service with the link you need to do so. My second order arrived after 6 days and I must say that the quality was excellent on both items. The company sent me 2 gift cards with each order. So here is the deal. If you choose to use this company. The quality and selection are a 5. Just understand that you may not get your order within 3 to 5 days and you will never ever get to speak to a supervisor if you have a problem. If you are good with an auto response several days later via email, then you're golden. You will also need to understand that if your order does not arrive, you will need to wait 12 days before you can request a reorder. You will not receive a refund. Finally, your best bet is to do the VIP, without it- no special price, rewards, extra perks. The perks are worth it. I shop for very demanding clients, so on time orders and customer service are very important for me. I would recommend to others to give the company a try and hopefully you'll have a much better overall result.

This is absolutely the worst company to deal with. I ordered a set 1 time! The small print did not clue me into the "service". That was my own fault. BUT, then I got my lingerie. It was cheaply made polyester. I was ill fitting and it just looked and felt cheap. I thought, meh... I just won't order again. Then came the 70$ in charges that when I tried to cancel and get the no hassle refund they promised I was told it was store credit. I didn't want that but the high pitched customer service rep said it was my only option. But I couldn't cancel until I used it. So I used it, and tried to cancel. Then I was told I couldn't cancel until I got the order. Then I got the order, but had to skip the month so I wouldn't get charged again. Then I couldn't cancel with a skipped month pending... and so on and so on. Keep in mind the wait time is NEVER less than 15 minutes. What a scam.
I LOVE my new set! It's so comfortable and it fits better than most sets that I've purchased in the past. My new place for bra and panty sets and lingerie. Thank you so much!

I called my bank to dispute the charges (because I thought free membership meant it was free, silly me), and they cancelled the subscription. Afterwards, I used the remaining balance in my account before it was automatically thrown away. A few months later, and I see that they have been charging my car $40/month once again. I'm canceling the credit card altogether, just as I would do if any other scammer got a hold of my credit card information.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
