They are absolutely awful. Sign you up without your knowledge to VIP membership where they will charge you $35.95 a month. I would have never realized it until I checked my credit card statement. Following that they make it an absolute nightmare to unsubscribe.

I've been getting multiple daily emails from AdoreMe and finally decided to order something because of a deal mentioned in an email on Black Friday for $14.95. When I placed my order I must have overlooked it would be committing me to become a VIP member. I am not sure where this is mentioned maybe in the process of the ordering. I did email to ask if I was committed and they replied promptly but I was still confused. I am not the kind of person that is good about remembering to skip if I don't want to purchase something so was a little annoyed. My wife hasn't had a chance to wear the lingerie, the color is as pictured and the size is true to size for the bra not sure about the panties.
The set I ordered for my Granddaughter was so Beautiful. I know she is just going to love it! I'm ordering my other Granddaughter a set after Christmas but I'm going to let her pick it out when I see her.

Since this was my first time, I did need an exchange. The exchange process was so easy! Seriously, just print new shipping label (free of cost) attach to original box and put in mail! Got a redemption code for free product for an exchange. Picked new size and BAM! Perfect fit/size was here in 4 days. Total order too less than 2 weeks until I had my perfect set! The fit is truly perfect for my had to shop for body! I will totally buy again from Adore Me!

However, I skip the month every time and I never have to worry about getting charged. Once I forgot to skip and they have a grace period where they will refund you!
