I ordered 3 items in June, and returned all three, that process went smooth and I thought I was done. 6 months later I realize that Adore Me signed me up for the VIP membership and had been charging my card for 6 months. I know I did not sign up for this program. Adore me is completely unresponsive, you cannot get anyone on the phone and you will only receive one response via email. They have over 500 complaints with the BBB!
I have ordered tons of lingerie from AdoreMe, and it has always been a great experience, even when the lingerie didn't fit/work out.
The items ship quickly and arrive in good condition, returns are easy and fast and if you are exchanging, you get an e-mail right away with your exchange codes so you don't have to wait around for your return to be processed in order to complete your exchange and get your new lingerie!
I would recommend to anyone!
