In late November, I ordered a bathing suit for an upcoming vacation. The suit faded very, very badly after only one use in the pool – it looks like it has seen multiple seasons of summer sun. I have pictures to prove it. Since then, I have sent numerous emails to customer service, and I have yet to get any response. Do not waste your time or money on this company with poor quality products and a complete lack of customer service.

I can only think that anyone posting about the value of Adore Me must not be a good shopper. Many of their items are identical, or knock-offs, to items sold other places for LESS. Also, they are a subscription service and it took me MONTHS to finally cancel (they charge 39.95 to your credit card each month automatically and you have 5 days to request a refund each month). The link on their site to cancel only directs you to send an email which was ineffective for many, many tries at cancellation. Buyer BEWARE!

I made my first order of two panty + bras sets through AdoreMe a couple weeks ago. On every page throughout the buying process were the words "Free Shipping + Exchanges."

When I tried to make a return of part of my order, I was told that I could only return a portion of what I had ordered. Apparently, while you can return a bra + panty set, you can't return any extra matching panties ordered. I spent 30 min on hold with customer service only to be told "Extra panties are final sale." To see where this was stated, I went through the checkout process two more times and NO WHERE did it say that any part of my purchase was for final sale. When I pointed this out to the representative, she said "That's our policy." How can a company stand by a policy that was no where advertised?!

Then, I have written customer service TWICE with no response-- not even an automated response!

It's a shame. I could have been very happy with one set and simply returned the other.

I bought it for my fiancé for Christmas and not only did he love it but it was very comfortable and fitted me really good... Woot so excited

I learned about adoreme about a month ago and I instantly fell in love with the look of the lingerie. But at first glance it seems too pricey until I realized that the proce is for a set, i. E a bra and panty. That never happens and for that price, I thought, why not. When I learned about the VIP membership I was iffy because having to buy something every month is a lot but I began to see it as a perk. Get cute lingerie or sleepwear each month for a decent price and good quality item and get discounts?! So I did it. My ordee came within a week and it was wonderful. The quality of the fabric is incredible, the fit of the bra is perfect, not too tight, not too loose. I was even sent a discount on my next order which was the best thing to me. After I had a great experience with adoreme, I looked at other's reviews and I was surprised to see that so many people had bad things to say. But most of the time, those bad reviews are people that had misunderstood the VIP membership. I highly recommend to not be like those people and READ BEFORE DECIDING ANYTHING. If you don't want to pay about $40 each month, then don't do the VIP. But I do have to say it has a lot of perks so at least try it. Also, please overlook negative reviews, people on the internet tend to over exaggerate. Adoreme is very clear about their policy and about their VIP membership so just take your time before checking out or deciding. Buying from this store has actually changed my life and I don't think I'll ever buy from any other store for lingerie ever again. Thank you guys!
