I ordered a set from Adore Me, and then noticed a monthly charge of $39.95. I called on the 7th of the month to confirm where the charge came from, and to receive a credit for this amount. When I called to get it resolved I was told that the final charge could not be resolved; I had to wait to speak with a manager after the 15th of the month because it had to be after the payment cycle. I called back on the 20th and requested to speak with a manager; I was told that the manager's name is Brittany but she was not available to speak with me. I was told that the date of the 15th was not true. I was then told that I would need to buy something to use up the $39.95 before I could unsubscribe (and not get another charge), otherwise the amount would be for forfeited. So now I either have to buy something that I don't want, for $39.95, and then unsubscribe or lose the money - there is no option to get a credit.
My advise - don't buy from here! And especially don't accept the offer for VIP membership!
And by the way, the person then hung up on me when I asked to wait for the manager to become available to speak with me on the phone.
SUBSCRIBE BEWARE! The quality of the product is average, but it is congruent with the price point. However, the customer service leaves much to be expected. My last shipment was lost in transit somewhere, however the tracking information was convoluted and it was not clear how to follow up so I decided to call AdoreMe. I called twice, the first time I was on hold for 20 minutes before there was an answer and I was put on hold again (no hello or acknowledgement, just a pick up and pres the hold button again), then I was on hold another 5 minutes before the phone just disconnected. I called back and held for 45 minutes before getting a live person. While holding, I decided I would cancel my membership but there is no quick way to cancel your membership. They make it super easy to skip months, suspend your membership for two months at a time, and get refunds (I suspect this is so they can boast inflated membership numbers). The only way to cancel is to call or send an email (see above regarding problems with trying to get someone to answer). I have a problem with companies that are very accessible when you are giving them money but unavailable when there is a problem. Further, I attempted to post a comment on their facebook page and they review all posts before allowing them to post.
Worried about not trying it on but size was perfect and very comfortable. Definitely will buy more.

Not only did it take a week to process my order but when I called to find out about my order the customer service representive was extremely rude and hung up. While the lingerie is tempting due to the low price, the customer service is aweful! Returning and item and getting your refund is like having surgery! I returned an item and called since dec. 19 up until jan 3rd and was hung on on twice, reps telling me its still processing. Now I asked to speak to a manager, who stated he was in the Phillipines, but the headquarters are in New York, they can only give me a voucher to buy something else off the website.
I am a real person, so please be aware and DO NOT fall for the price of $39.95! I will also make a BBB complaint.

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
