I was skeptical at first. I really didn't think an online product would work for me. I have a larger size and even though it was pretty, there was no way this was going to work. But the introductory price was worth the try. Boy was I wrong! Not only did it fit on top but it also fit on bottom. I looked good and I wasn't falling out. The materials were nice and not scratchy. I love my new set and I am planning my next!

I ordered a bra and panty set and it is exactly what I was hoping for. It fits perfect and the quality was so nice. Love it!
First is very pretty, fits amazing and my boyfriend loved it!
Seems simple enough, select the underwear product, complete your credit card information for billing, and submit your order. Then your nightmare begins because you are automatically enrolled into their VIP Membership Plan. This means you get billed every month, whether you purchase or not. The worst part is that is extremely difficult to cancel your "membership" or this automatic billing process! Personally, I have emailed, telephoned, and nothing works. The in person customer service reps are robots - they are say the same thing and that you can cancel. They send you a link that forces you to answer 3 pages of questions. At the end of the "survey", your next screen says you can't cancel at this time. The reasons include a) your order is being shipped, 2) you can only cancel at the beginning of the month prior to the automatic billing (a 3 day window), 3) your membership is on "vacation". Note: I placed my "membership" on "vacation" so I could cancel it without being automatically billed. They told me they could not cancel my membership while I was on "vacation". This makes no sense at all, and this was NOT customer service NOR is this a customer-friendly company. You become a member automatically, and you can never quit. Well, I am going to try again this month. And I have contacted my Credit Card company and they have recorded Adoreme customer service and if I go through this same process that I cannot cancel, the credit card will no longer accept their charges. Tough way to do business so STAY AWAY!

Please note that the enrollment in the VIP membership is not automatic. The VIP Membership is one of two payment options you select during checkout with your first order (the other is Pay As You Go, our one-time purchase option). Members are never obligated to order each month, instead, they visit the site between the first and fifth and choose to either shop or skip that month.
Moreover, customers can choose to go on payment vacation. During Payment vacation, you do not need to visit the site and shop or skip each month. However, you will enjoy all the benefits, obligation-free, and will receive an email notification towards the end of the vacation indicating your Payment Vacation is ending. Then you will be able to end the membership or choose to continue it.

After gaining weight I wasn't sure what size to get, but followed the sizing guide. Well, that did not go so well. After talking to customer service, I was very pleased. Not only did I not have to pay for the return, but they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with my order. It is hard to find larger cup size bras when you are petite without having the underwires dig into your armpits. These bras are a perfect fit for a smaller woman with large breasts. I Love You Guys for bringing this site to all of us women.

The only reason I'm not putting a rate at 5 stars because I wish there was more Plus size. My size is 44 DDD and I wish there was more of that size.

I ordered a set, it never came. In fact on shipping info it said it was undeliverable to my address (same address I get all of my things delivered to, no problem) I called and get told to be patient, that they will issue a refund as soon as they get the package back. After a month of waiting for my refund i call and they tell me they still dont know where the package is so i am S. O. L until it comes. Also I couldnt unsubscride until i got my refund or i wouldnt get it so in the wait i was charged and $40! Rude customer service and just horrible ethics. They take advantage of ppl. DONT USE THIS SERVICE!

Answer: I was on hold for 30 minutes for 3 days in a row with no answer. I didn't speak to anyone. I was told through messaging with a stylist on the webiste that i could not call and speak to a manager. I did speak with a manager the last time i called and actually got through, because I was having a fit.
Answer: I contacted the BBB & AdoreMe chose to ignore my complaint. They never addressed my issue. This company should not be trusted & has horrendous & rude customer service.

Answer: Yes but they will keep charging her automatically if she uses it. If she wants to stop the automatic subscription she needs to spend it and then cancel her subscription after the stuff arrives. If they charge her again you can dispute the charge with them within 30 days to get a refund. Honestly you'd be better off letting your credit card company handle it/dispute it.
Answer: Keep calling. It's your only way to stop the madness. Insist on staying on the phone until you receive the confirmation email. Adore Me is the biggest scam ever. I'm reporting them to the attorney general.
