I love every purchase I have made. Everything is made with good quality and it feels great! I would recommend this to all of my friends and family.
I seem to be stop figuring out the size on the underwear. After a 30 pound weight loss, I keep ordering sizes that are too big and not so flattering. But once I figured out my new bra size they have been a great fit, and are so pretty. My only complaint though is the one I preferred I feel like it doesn't look so good under most of the clothes I wear due to the design that can show through my shirt and look a little weird! I guess I will just have to order some t-shirt bras or smooth ones.

I really love how I can order the same size bras & they all are so flattering & comfortable. I spent the last decade wearing all sorts of nursing bras & it was really hard to get back into wearing underwires again. But these sets are so affordable & gorgeous that I feel really pampered.

I'm a G and for chuncky monkeys like me well cute well fitting bras don't really exist.
As for customer service. Well it's top notch. All the repesentives I've spoke with have absolutely helpful and kind. I love it. I have nothing bad to say about Adore me honestly.

Can't believe the call center supervisor accused me of taking advantage of there company because i asked for a refund. I found the product very good quality but WOW when i found the same swim suit for 40 dollars less in there summer catalog they refused to refund the difference and told me basically that i was riding off adore me. Still waiting for a return call from a US based rep.

We have investigated the conversation you had with our representative and we believe that you may have interpreted the phrase "take advantage of the promotion" as taking advantage of the company. We do encourage our customers to take advantage of any promotions we offer.
We have also looked into your order and we think we understand what may have been your concern. We noticed that you have paid $99.90 for Order # 302704820, when you expected to pay $49.95. The explanation for this is that you have accidentally put 2 of the same style in your shopping bag. As of now two Vernice sets are heading to your address.
It is most understandable that you do not need both of them. The fix for this situation would be to send back the extra set for a full refund.
We are deeply sorry that our representative has not spotted this problem right away and therefore has made you upset. It is most natural that you should not pay double the price.

I love adore me. The nightgowns are awesome, especially when your plus size. I buy a lot from here. They have a wide variety. If you skinny they have even more. Only thing that sucks is they don't have my actual size which is a 44c so I always have to work around that which sucks. But otherwise I like it

Ordered 3 items since the 6th July, order's still was processing today (12th July), not yet shipped! Spoke with persons via email who gave me the run-around and BS excuses, and offering no resolution. Now my vacation is gonna be jacked up cuz I dont have my items and I'm leaving the country in 2 days. Totally pissed... and they're not even offering to cancel the order

The reason behind this delay in processing is the fact that, in this period, a very high number of orders have been placed on our website which caused processing delays.
However, we are always learning from each and every experience and we are diligently working on processing all orders.
In the meantime, I am happy to see that you have been in contact with our customer relationship specialists and you were provided $10 worth of store credit for the inconvenience. Even though this does not fix the delay, we hope to at least express our apology in more than just words.
We regret that we could not cancel your order. Unfortunately, we do not have physically the option to cancel any orders after 30 minutes of them being placed. We have forwarded similar feedbacks to our leadership for further consideration.
