Honestly, they do have great products that are made with great material. You are paying an affordable amount for good quality lingerie. My only reason never to shop here is because of customer service.
I first shopped here and jumped on the deal of joining their VIP club. Whenever you first shop here they give you this 'deal' but it has fine printing saying money will be taken out of your bank every month for being apart of this club. I didn't know this and didn't know the VIP club takes money out automatically every month.
Alright, my fault for not reading carefully. But, OH, MY, GOD. IT TOOK SO LONG TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was literally on the phone for who knows how long, and let me say the lady I talked to was understanding and said she took me off the VIP club. I looked at my account one month and nothing was touched. Great. BUT! Then next month money was taken out! Begin me waiting over thirty minutes on the phone to talk to someone (because this money was taken out even though I wasn't apart of the club). The lady I talked to was the same and she apologized and put the money back in.
LO AND BEHOLD THE MONEY GETS TAKEN OUT THE NEXT DAY.
It took literally too long and this was such a headache. Really too bad I can't shop here anymore because they do have great clothes. I just don't trust this company at all.
I got the product in a timely manor and they are so sticking cite snd they fit great. I will definitely be ordering from them again here in the near future.
