Every product Ive gotten from Adore Me is so well made and high quality and everything fits true to size. The underwear to one of the sets I got puckered forward at the front a little bit, but I think its just because its thin fabric with a lot of elastic straps, so there wasnt a ton of structure to the front section. I still love it nonetheless!

I ordered panties on special 5/$20.00. I paid $24.95 based on pay when I order. First Sophie your rep should stop interupting the customer when they are speaking. Anyway I called because I only got ONE (1) panty when I opened the box. No invoice, nothing else. I was told I needed to click 5 quantity to get the special. Are you kidding me. It never showed that SORRY SORRY SORRY ( She sounded like the Korean singers song) is all I kept getting telling me she cannot refund and that she can adjust to $14.95 for the one panty and use the balance to use on my next purchase. Why the hell would I want to make another purchase after this? NO! SEND ME MY 4 panties! That's what I purchased. This is what she should have offered me PERIOD! I told I never opened the package because it wasn't what I offered and I sending it back then will reverse charges with my bank since you won't send me the items I paid for. I did not join the VIP membership which was the first thing I said when I called.
