I tried several times to order headphones at a good price. I live in another country, and I just wanted them to be sent to the address of my carrier, who then delivers my orders to me. The order did not go through PayPal, because Adorama only accepts orders with a phone number from 10 to 11 characters. I wonder what to do for buyers whose phone number is longer or shorter?
When paying with a credit card, they constantly stopped my order, saying that the payment data did not match, although I specifically ordered a statement from my bank, and filled out my billing address exactly. Technical support there is absolutely useless, or they repeat the same thing, or they say that it is beyond their competence.
Make a long story short, I received a defective lens and had some issues with shipping. After I reached out to Adorama they overnighted me a new lens. I really needed it by this weekend, as I have a shoot. I've always shopped at Adorama because they have the best prices and their customer service is 99% of the time on point. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that there was an issue and it took longer than I liked to resolve it, but overall, I am very grateful Nancy from Adorama reached out to me and resolved this issue exceeding my expectations.
I ordered a $300 guitar, specifically an ibanez. It arrives snapped in half, with absolutely no due diligence on having protective packaging whatsoever. When I reported this to them three separate times, the first time I was told not to bring chocolate, and the second time I was hung up on, and then the third time the supervisor hung up on me. They will absolutely take your money, and sell you defective product with absolutely no recourse for replacing the item. They did not treat you fairly, they will treat you like $#*!.
This review is for international customers only, while they do have a huge selection with reasonable prices, their customer service and shipping services for international customers is outright horrible.
I had ordered some equipment for the office a few weeks ago, they shipped it to the wrong place, by that i mean they shipped it to another country altogether. Now after 1 month of haggling with their less than competent customer service reps, they are offering to recall the shipment back to its origin but they want to charge me for shipping and "other expenses" incurred to them. I find that completely unreasonable and i am planning to forward the case to consumer protection. I sincerely hope nobody has to go through such unpleasantness.
The customer experience from Adorama was five stars. Easy to order, clear instructions, etc. The only negative was not Adorama's fault, but the shipper, UPS. I had a tracking number, and could only watch helplessly as my package went way off track and sat in some bizarre location for the weekend. It did arrive, but I was nevertheless disappointed in that "next-day" air did not happen. Anxious about the whereabouts of my nearly $2,000 camera, I tried various ways to contact UPS. In a word, useless and unhelpful. Again, not Adorama's fault, and I would definitely purchase from their website again.
I ordered an item before Christmas for my daughter. Mid March still hasn't been shipped. Called to cancel. The money they held for payment will not be credited for at least 7 business days. Almost four months and I never received the item!

Ordered two pairs of speakers. Price was an excellent deal and they arrived in only 2 days. Three of the 4 arrived in pristine condition. One of them had a small gouge in the finish on top. All 4 sound amazing. I immediately e-mailed customer service and detailed the issue and included pictures. Within hours I received a response with an offer of a discount for the cosmetic flaw. True customer service from a company that actually cares. Very rare these days. I will continue to be an Adorama customer for the foreseeable future. Thank you!

Ordered an E+ used lens. Came as expected from previous purchases. Adorama packs things so nicely. Always receive items including this one in perfect condition. Lens works GREAT! Very happy with my order and will continue to purchase items from Adorama. Don't be hesitant to order used items as the ones I've purchased have been great and I have had no issues with them and save quite a bit of money as well.
I've been buying from Adorama for about 5 years. They often have good package deals when new cameras come out, usually with an SD card, sometimes with an extra battery. They ship quickly and the packages protect the contents very well. Prices are very competitive. I've contacted customer support just once, and they were very nice.
I've been buying first cameras, then audio and now computers from Adorama for more than 20 years. The prices have always been competitive and never have I experienced anything with quality or warranty issues.
If everything was the lower price, I would not go anywhere else.

Shopping for my camera gear at Adorama was was a fantastic experience. They had exactly what I wanted and even offered a package deal that fir my budget. Customer service is top notch too. I highly recommend.
When you buy online, you dont know what you always get. The item was way more bulky than expected. Here is the problem. It did cost me $50 to ship it back to Adorama. They dont even provide you a shipping label, they could because they have preferred rates with UPS or Fedex but they dont. I called their CS twice... End of the story. DO NOT buy from a store that do NOT offer free returns OR at least provides you a return shipping label at a discounted cost... $50 out
So I called about pricing and I was transferred to a guy named Jeff and Jeff was quite a character. Kinda reminds me of a drug dealer that wants you to hurry up and buy before the cop see him. Absolutely the wrong guy to be answering the phones at Adorama. Jeff if you're reading this don't bring that bad energy into a great place like Adorama because we don't like it. And I'm speaking for the masses because my buddy stated the same thing. Come on dude we are both trying to make it in a cold world a little bit of joy warms it up a little.
I have ordered 4 cameras, multiple lenses and many different camera accessories from Adorama over the last 7 or eight years and have had no problems at all, nada.
I have returned items with no problems, talked to sales and customer service people and have always been treated fair and honestly.
I find it almost impossible to believe the 1 star reviews that I see on Sitejabber.
I would highly recommend Adorama to anyone in the market for camera equipment.
Helen, I see you are still pissing people off and not taking care of their problems. Making promises that you have no intention of keeping and blaming the customer for your screw ups. Good job and keep up the great work.

Your Adorama order #A2015022817561413415 was placed on Saturday February 28th. It was shipped on Monday March 2nd, the first UPS business day after your order was placed. It should have been delivered Thursday March 5th. Therefore UPS were at fault, not Adorama.
I can't be sure, however, it could be that the adverse weather conditions caused the delay in delivery.
You are most welcome to return the item to us and your refund will be processed once it has been booked back in.
I am still awaiting a copy of your credit card statement highlighting the erroneous charge that you stated was made to your card, so that I can ask our accounts department to investigate.

Seamless the way they operate this website. I recieved my package and all of the items were in amazing condition and they were even used! Will definitely be using Adorama again very soon for lens purchases.
This company sucks a$$, the shipping takes months if you get a custom product and nobody can confirm when your stuff is actually coming and when you ask to speak to a upper in the management nobody answer and you sit on hold for 20-30 minutes. I would not recommend this company for anything better off going with b&h
Ordered a product 3 months ago and haven't received anything in regards to my product and really feeling like this company is just a scam… won't ever buy from them again
I ordered a piece of video gear and purchased 2 day delivery. The gear arrived in 4 days and was incorrect. I talked with customer service, a guy by the name of Lee C who asked that I take pictures of the product and email to him. He dropped the ball stating that he did not receive the pics even though I forwarded my correspondence 30 minutes after he asked for it.
They lie and did not make good for their mistake.

It is completely possible that your pictures were not received if you sent a file that was too large.
