What a horrible experience. Their arrogance is unmatched by their ability to lie and deceive along they way. They tell you what you want to hear and have no problem in breaking promise after promise. To make matters worse they charged my debit card an additional $1500+ without even telling me. No apologies, just more arrogant responses. Adorama is not to be trusted. If you choose to do business with them I recommend you use extreme caution. Especially the Used and Trade department. It took them 3 months to deliver on their original two week promise. Look below for more lies from Adorama.
I returned Helens email (see her comments below) with a description of what happened and copies of more than 25 emails detailing the issues at hand. Including emails from Adorama admitting their mistakes. I'm yet to hear back from her.
Very good experience shopping with these guys, great prices and selection. Only complaints are the shipping took extremely longer than normal on one of my purchases and Ive had to be refunded once for unknowingly purchasing something on back order, overall this is an amazing site for photographers and consumers to shop.

I ordered a Drone bundle. One of the items included did not work. I have sent several messages to several different email addresses and have not received a single reply. When competitors like B&H provide excellent customer service, there is no reason to risk doing business with Adorama. There are a lot of recent 1 star reviews all over the internet. I assume they have had employee problems post-pandemic, but the reason doesn't really matter. Other places are still providing much better customer service and support.

I ordered an iPad via Adorama.com and two days later received an Email stating that they have cancelled the order because of: "The reason is this item is only sold in our store and not through the Internet."
In the mean time, I have already purchases an extended warranty and had to cancel it with penalties. When inquired their reply was: "We do not even hold them in our warehouse for
Shipping."
Adorama.com sells items (in my case, a $500 camera) that are not in stock. They do not inform you before hand that it will be backordered and shipped when it becomes available. This is an unethical business practice. Other companies will inform buyers and put on their website: "Not in Stock" or "Pre-order Here."
Adorama have good prices but they need improve the customers services, send orders confirmation and Instructs a some guys there do not be rude with customers. Ordering with Adorama would not has to be a headache. Employees who works as "Customers Services Representatives" must pay attention to their voicemail and return calls. I faced a hard experience with my last order because the bad communication.

The item was a refurbished 2019 iMac. It arrived in perfect condition with a keyboard and mouse. I did have to restart it to reconnect it to the hard drive. Then I used Migration Assistant to transfer all data from my other iMac. Everything went smoothly. I did have to delete some older apps and reload them with newer versions. I also purchased Microsoft Office for Mac, 2020, and it runs flawlessly. I will download firmware updates as needed. My essential apps and their data seem to be complete.
I have been buying camera gear from Adorama for many years and have never returned anything.
These speakers sound very nice for being 10 years old. I have no idea where they picked these up but there must have been a bunch in a warehouse somewhere in Canada since these were for the Canadian market, The U.S. version is just called the F3. Cones seem to be a plastic composite but look very close to the spun copper of the newer models. At this price it's hard to go wrong
First camera purchase from this site. Ordered a bundle, and the shipping process to delivery was seamless. Came exactly on the date as expected. Products were well packaged, no damages.

Looking at all the reviews (most of which were negative) I was reluctant to purchase from this company. Unfortunately the item I was looking for was out of stock anywhere. Calling Adorama to verify they had the item was in stock was pleasant and fast, finalizing and shipping the order was also fast. Item came well packaged and worked as intended. Purely speculation, but maybe their specialty is in certain areas as opposed to others hence why the overwhelming number of negative reviews. In conclusion, my transaction was smooth and flawless. Hopefully this is/will be the norm for others.
Everything came nicely packed and fast. The quality of the extra goodies seem great. I still have not had a chance to play with the camera but will do soon. Adorama is # 1 in my book for photography needs.
Two sharp lenses to fill out my Fuji kits. Great build quality, both very sharp. The 80 mm is a great macro lens with OIS and close focus. You'll be amazed at what you can do shooting the tiny elements in the garden or back yard. The 50 mm, with an equivalent full frame focal length of 75 mm, passes for a small, sturdy portrait lens and fits in any camera bag. As usual, Adorama bundled these lenses, giving me for free the filters and cleaning packs I normally would have had to pay extra for. Five stars all the way!

I love Adorama. I've purchased many times over the years, both in-person and online. When my camera started exhibiting multiple errors that would require expensive repairs (after 4 years of solid performance) I found a great deal on a newer model, this time used in excellent condition. Honestly the condition is so good I swear they just removed the factory packaging and shipped it to me. At least as clean as any brand new camera body I've ever seen. Sure enough when I checked the shutter count it was under 400! It's practically brand new and it was $100 cheaper than new!
It was packed in *many* layers of bubble wrap. Arrived exactly when expected. I had the option for faster delivery but chose to save money with ground. I think the negative reviews about slow shipping are most likely from people who didn't pay attention to the shipping time when checking out. Ground shipping is slow. But it's cheap. If you want it faster just pay for faster shipping.
I've noticed the Adorama reviews are pretty split, but so far I've not had a negative experience! I bought a brand new lens off this site a couple months ago and it arrived on time in perfect condition. Gorgeous and no issues at all.
I got my laptop in two days. Shopped around in stores and online and this was the best price. Other lower priced models were for older laptops not the latest. You really have to pay attention to model numbers as many look alike in a picture.
Receiving this package literally brought happiness to my life. Box was brand new and completely intact. Device turned on and it was 100% authentic. I was a bit skeptical to buy it at such a low resale price compared to other offerings. I will definitely reuse and recommend Adorama. Safe, assured and trustworthy!
It takes customer service 2-3 days to respond to my messages. Not only that, but they gave me the wrong tracking number and said my package won't be shipped until after Christmas even though I'm my initial message I prefaced it with, I need this by Christmas. I then took out a credit card to pay for this from this company, still working on trying to get a refund or product so my wife can have a Christmas present...
