I paid $85 for 3 items. Once I made the purchase, I immediately got a notice from my bank about an out of country charge, when it says the items are made in North Carolina. The sweater quality was ok, but the other two items were very thin and cheaply made. I didn't even bother trying to return them. I learned an expensive lesson…
Don't buy it. I emailed them last night in regards to the clothing I purchased that was of poor quality, the image was not representative of what came and the items didn't fit. They offered to let me keep the clothes and credit me $15. I wrote back first thing this morning and haven't heard back. Wrote them again tonight. Hoping to have a more positive review in the morning soon. I've added pictures below to show what you're really getting vs their representation.
Believe the negative reviews. Fraudulent company. What they send you is not like what is pictured or the reviews with the items (probably fake reviews). From South Carolina, no way! Easy return policy; no way! I received cheap nylon screen printed on one side items not nearly worth their price. I got the run-around as others have mentioned, then offering a $45 refund (out of $110) to keep the items. They are not even worth that! I tried leaving negative product reviews but those don't even show up on their website (only positive ones) so they are filtered and/or fake. Buyers beware! SCAM!
There sizing is wrong. Products don't look like the pictures. They do not intend on honoring the return policy they list. They offered me a 12 dollar refund when I spent 97 dollars. They should not be offering there business to the US if they can't honor their own policies.
I purchased 2 sweaters ONLY because their ad said "Made in South Carolina". When I charged, I got an instant response from my cc company, saying it was "out of the country". I should have canceled then. The items didn't fit. Been trying for 3 weeks to get an RMA; they only offer a pittance $ back. My order was $80+; they offered $14, then $25, and $40. Will not accept RMA. Now I have to go through filing a dispute. Awful company. Zero customer service. Huge headache. Wish I'd checked these reviews before ordering off FaceBook.
Waited a month to get 2 tops, did not fit and now I'm trying to return and all I'm getting is roadblocks to return. I spent $100.00 and I'm not getting any response. Can anyone help me? Barbara p.s. purchased on 9/29/2022 Please call me and I will give you my card #.
I would give them a ZERO if I could. Beware of all clothing sites that states these clothes are made in South Carolina … tags on clothes packaging state made in China and package arrived from China … dress didn't fit and zipper in dress by attached sweater for what I don't know … they offered me a 9 dollar refund for a 50 dollar dress that I can't wear. I sent a complaint to Facebook as well … lesson learned
Their clothing is HORRIBLE. Poorly made, runs extremely small. I ordered an XXL (stated on the site as US size 20/22). It is barely comfortable on my size 14 neighbor. I have been going back and forth to get a refund (total cost of 4 tops $150) and keep getting the runaround. One of the tops looks absolutely nothing like the picture either - the gold is so pixilated that it's squares of brown and white. AVOID, AVOID.
I ordered a dress from Aderez and received it two weeks ago. The dress fit poorly around the neckline and I want to send it back. According to the instructions, I need authorization from Customer Service to make the return. I have send four messages to Customer Service and the only correspondence I have received was offering me $15.00 to keep the dress. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this company again.
Like others, I tried to return the completely unwearable items shipped to me from China. I only mention that because they claim "Our company is based in the USA, so our products are all made and shipped from South Carolina." I was first offered $15, then $36, $50, $70, $88 and told to keep the items. Each time I was told the amount was the max they could offer, but each time I replied to clarify I was only interested in returning the items for a full refund, they offered a bit more. To return the items they stated, "If you don't accept it, our return address is in Dubai, and it is not worth returning." If you want to report them, here are some websites (replace dashes with dots): 1. Https :// www-econsumer-gov/en/#crnt 2. Https :// reportfraud-ftc-gov/#/assistant 3. Https :// www-ic3-gov/
I ordered a dress from here and when it arrived it was nothing like what was pictured in the ad. The ad made it look like the dress was embroidered but it was not, the color was stamped on. That wouldn't have been a big deal but the dress I received is not shaped or tailored at all like the one in the ad. It looks like an oversized t-shirt. I contacted Aderz for a refund ad was offered $15. I spent $50 for the dress and shipping. Do not buy that cute little black dress with the bright and colorful trim you see on social media. What you see is not what you get.
Buyer beware! This company does not honor their return policy. They will haggle with you back and forth on a refund! They clearly do not understand what a full refund means because they 1st offered $55 and I could keep the items! Why would I accept an offer that is less than a full refund, when I spent $142.46 and I am within their 30 day return policy! They then came back and offered me $95 and I could keep the items. Again, what part of a full refund does this company not understand? I again declined their offer and got PayPal involved. Now you would think that PayPal would read all the details of my claim, supporting documents and protect buyers as they claim they do. Well, they reached out to the seller and PayPal came back with the seller offering me $88 refund. So now I am dealing with 2 companies who clearly do not understand what a full refund means.
Their quality is poor, as others have stated, and their sizes are NOT true US sizes. They claim that their products are made in South Carolina - I seriously doubt this!
I will continue to seek a full refund and will not accept anything less! My proof of purchase below shows the amount charged to my PayPal account. This company operates under Dress Fashion.
My advice, don't even look at their clothing, website or Ad's on Instagram or Facebook - they are not what they appear to be and they certainly are not a company who honors their return policy! Save yourself time and frustration - do not buy from this seller!
Aderez is nothing but a lying company. They state their products are made and shipped from South Carolina. Their products are made and shipped from China. When I emailed to get "authorization" to return the items--they "offered" a refund of 1/4 of purchase price and to keep the items. When I insisted I wanted to return--they said their address is in Dubai--after 10 emails back and forth. They only have good reviews because they only ALLOW good reviews on their site. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are frauds and liars.
They charged my credit card 9/6/22 and I received a USPS notice that they were waiting on the package for shipment. As of today, 9/22, it still says they are waiting on the package for shipment. After 2 e-mails, they are telling me to "wait several more days, be patient". Evidently the product hasn't shipped, I guess they need to create a shipping label in order to charge my credit card. I don't anticipate I will receive the product.
Update: I did receive the product on and it was not what was represented by the size or quality. I immediately requested a return refund. My first response e-mail, offered me $14 and I could keep the product. Responded, no thanks, I would like to return and receive full refund. 2nd response: Asking if I was willing to Accept $28 and keep the product. Responded, no thanks, I would like to return and receive a refund. 3rd response: The best they can do is compensate me $37 (I paid $79 for both items) and keep the items. Their warehouse is in Dubai and the shipping costs are too high to be worth their reward (their exact words.) If I insist on returning, I must pay the shipping. Their website indicates they are a US company and their warehouse is in South Carolina so I'm not sure why they return things all the way to Dubai. The packaging also said the items are made in China and not South Carolina as their website indicates. I am currently waiting on their response as to why they are advertising so much misinformation. It is the principle and is fraudulent. One of my items is listed in another review (striped cardigan). It is certainly not a cardigan.
I called to return clothes "made way to small" they kept hanging up on me... i'm left with clothing that would fit a child and $150 less... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
They don't do what they advertise and I suspect that they are not anything to do with Siuth Carolina. Returns go to Dubai
Answer: I haven't received my Refund. Returning your order is impossible with this fraudulent company.
