Pleased with the build quality of the office furniture I've purchased. All of the items just scream quality. None of the items look cheap. In fact, they all look and feel more expensive than they actually are. I was mainly out looking for chairs for my new office and someone suggested I check out these guys since he used it for his office as well, so definitely worth a shot.

Ordered on line a Fellowes Powershred W-11C 11. Did not received PO confirmation. Next day called their customer service. They explained that this item is not available and discontinued by manufacturer. Than offered a replacement one for the same money. I asked to cancel the PO. And also asked for email conforming cancellation. Day later still no email and still pending charges on my credit card. Finally I've contacted my credit card to report suspicious scam activity. I hope I will get my money back.

***BUYER BEWARE*** This company purchases the items they sell off ebay at the time that someone orders from their website, charging their customer a higher price than they find the item for. There is no verification that the item works nor if it has actually been factory refurbished or remanufactured as they state on their website. They lie to the ebay seller and ask for no shipping statement in the package as item is a gift. Then they go back and deny delivery of package causing problems for the ebay seller. The customer could have purchased the item off of ebay themselves.

I sold them an item they claimed was a gift. The buyer confirmed with me that they paid more than i sold item for and it was not a gift.

It's totally impossible to get in touch with this people. For 8 month now, I called, send e-mails, no responses. After return, no refund.
If you purchased something, better not return, you will remain without product and without money.

This is a criminal company. Order something and they never ship it, they won't respond to requests for a refund. And then they will fraudulently charge you for the same amount AGAIN. Do not so "business" with these thieves. We are filing a police report. These people belong in jail. Shame on me for not looking up the overwhelming number of bad reviews for these crooks... don't make the same mistake!

I ordered 9,500 pieces of clear report covers with a tissue interleaving for my company at a total cost of $678. AceDepot sent 1,000 pieces of the wrong item without the tissue between the sheets which my customer insists one having. When I contacted them, they first insisted it was the correct item, then finally agreed to send me a return authorization number, which they did. They never acknowledged they only shipped 1,000 pieces of the wrong thing. They also failed to send me a shipping label to return the incorrect item. I told them I was not paying to return ship something they sent in error and requested a label several times to no avail. I do not want to keep what I did not order, but since they refused to make anything right, no way was I going to be out more money for the return shipping!

They never sent me the correct item - or even the balance of the wrong item! The box was marked 1 of 5, however, only one box arrived. The UPS tracking indicates only one box was ever shipped.

I paid for 9,500 and received 1,000 of an item I did not want. AceDepot refused to make it right. After weeks of trying to get them to do the right thing, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and provided them tons of proof. AceDepot provided them with the tracking number as "proof" I received my order, which I did not! Because they refused to issue a credit, my credit card company refused to reverse the charge.

Do not purchase from this Scam company. If you do buy from AceDepot I suggest using PayPal or some other sort of payment method that will refund you if this company treats you wrong like the rest of us who have been scammed!.

Scam! This site is nothing short of a scam. They continue to advertise the item I ordered and never received. I can't imagine how much money they scam people out of!

I was unable to use the products I ordered and AceDepot refused to make it right. They didn't even send me all of the wrong item but since they had UPS tracking to me, they claimed they sent everything and refused to return my money.

So I purchased a padding press. It basically helps someone in the printing industry make pads of paper for customers. I was charged $206.47. I even was eligible for a free $30 speaker and all I had to do was put the coupon code in for the speaker... then they applied a $30 discount. All over their website it says "free shipping."

When I received my invoice, there obviously was NO SHIPPING CHARGE as stated on their website. A few hours later I get an email that say they'll need to charge me $52 additional dollars for shipping! That's over a 25% INCREASE in price! Seriously?

I even offered to half the cost of the shipping in order to keep the product moving. Nope! They sent me another email and said "sorry... we've canceled your order!"

Stay away from these guys! SCAMMERS!

Have been a client for a long time now. Not only that, but I have also recommended this store every time I have a friend looking to buy more equipment. Throughout all of the years, I've been a customer, I've never experienced any headaches. I really have to give props to where it's due. This store is excellent in terms of value and quality.

Bought 3 boxes of continuous forms white paper. They sent one box, EVER. Said repeatedly the other two were on their way. Then, months later I demanded credit for the 2 missing boxes. They said the credit would be applied. More months passed. Then I tried to use my credit buying a used typewriter. "It will be shipped." Then, it's out of stock, how about a more expensive one?" Then, we'll ship the one you wanted today. No typewriter, and no $95 credit. I finally gave up and chalk this up to experience. There is no more polite way to put it: their business practices are fraudulent. Tried to talk with Accounts--only one day a week and she was never there. Always a recording asking for voice mail which she NEVER returned, over and over. They are crooked. I tried to get a refund or credit toward another purchase for a year. We are a small family-owned business and can't afford to be ripped off. Disbelieve me at your own risk. Just promise me that if you are ripped off by AceDepot, aka USAofficemachines, that you will write a truthful bad review, too.

Tip for consumers:
Don't, don't, and don't. Their modus is too keep promising until you give up on waiting, either for fulfillment of your order, or credit for what was never delivered.

The one box of paper which was actually shipped of the three we paid for. It was fine. The other two were imaginary, so they were fine, too.

What a nightmare of a company to deal with. I placed an order and didn't hear anything for about 10 days when I decided to email them to check on the order status. I ended up having to call them. I finally reached someone and they said that they would check on the order and get back with me. Three more days went by and I sent an email to cancel the order. A few hours later I received an email that stated that the order had already shipped and it did not qualify for free shipping so they charged my card an additional $22 without authorizing it with me first. I immediately contacted them and they said that they would credit back the shipping. I had to stay on them for several days and they finally credited the unauthorized shipping charge. Meanwhile I saw no sign of the package that had supposedly already shipped. I finally received the package several days later and it was the completely wrong item. I contacted them yet again to exchange this for the correct item. They then sent me a return email with instructions stating that I pay for the return shipping! Insanity! I'll say again, they wanted me to pay return shipping for an item that I did not order that I was charged for. I decided to just chunk the item and count it as a loss and a lesson learned. I wasn't about to spend money for shipping this back and probably have to fight for getting the purchase amount refunded. Heed my warning and do not do online business with this company unless you want to lose hard earned money and deal with major frustration. AceDepot is absolutely pathetic.

I ordered a "refurbished' printer from them. I received it relatively fast but it came shipped in a beat up paper towel box. When I unpacked it, it was so dirty that I had to wash my hands. I couldn't get the cartridges to sit in it properly therefore it would never leave error mode. It was completely worn out. When i think of refurbished I don't think of heavily used hand me downs in worse shape than what iI'm replacing. I think of a product that's been gone over. Upon a few emails and a voicemail effort to arrange return, this company has failed to respond.

Find another store to buy from.

They don't even deserve a single star! Ordered a typewriter, took over a month to receive. It was broken and I could never get any customer service help. I disputed the charge with my CC Company, and they decide it's ok to charge my card again after two months WITHOUT authorization. I will be disputing and blocking this company.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

On July 14, one month ago, I ordered two products that said were in stock! Well, I still have NO PRODUCTS and today I find out one is no longer available and the other small product would cost $52 to ship! The product was only $50! CRIMINAL! It is listed as free shipping and after a month I am SHOCKED they have the gaul to tell me its in stock and will cost MORE THAN PRODUCT to ship! GO ELSEWHERE!

I placed an order for a new cash register they had listed as available on their site. They advised it was not available. I told them that their replacement would be fine as long as it worked like the other one and was new. They sent a damaged refurbished register. They then advised that a new machine was not available. I advised them to refund my money and send a pickup for the machine. They refused and said they could only replace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I purchased a typewriter that was a good price and shipped quick with a 1 year warranty. After using it for a month it stopped working and i spent months trying to get it fixed under warranty but kept getting the runaround. It has been 6 months and i have finally given up on ever getting it resolved. I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you can afford to throw money away.

Placed order on Tuesday via the acedepot.com website. Never received confirmation. Called Wednesday and asked for email confirmation. Got nothing. Called Thursday for confirmation and was told item had already shipped via UPS on Wednesday, but they had no tracking information. Promised they would email it by end of business Thursday. Received nothing. Called again Friday morning, was told again that item had shipped Wednesday, but tracking was not available. Again, they promised tracking information would be emailed to me by end of business day. I gave them the promise that if I did not get tracking information by 4:30 p.m. their time (New Jersey), I would be calling them. I received nothing from them, so I called back at 4:30 p.m. their time. I was finally transferred to someone in the sales department who told me the item had NOT shipped via UPS but instead was mailed via USPS. He gave me the tracking number, which I repeated back to him and he confirmed. He also said repeatedly that email had been sent to me. I had received absolutely nothing from them. I called back again, knowing it was nearing the end of the business day on a Friday. I finally got an email, but only after relaying my very simple email address again. The USPS tracking number I had been given and repeated for confirmation the sales manager (or whoever he was) was in fact incorrect/incomplete. When I finally got the correct/complete number and tried to track the item via USPS, I got the message that, "A shipping label has been prepared for your item at 2:41 pm on September 13,2023 in NORWOOD, NJ *******. USPS does not have the package yet; contact the shipper or shipping partner with any inquiries." In other words, AceDepot.com aka Ace Depot LLC has not in fact ever actually shipped this item to me, despite their telling me numerous times that they have. All they've done is create a mailing label, which proves nothing. After all the other excuses, they tried to tell me "It's lost." No, it's not lost because it was never shipped; it has never been received by the post office. They are now telling me to wait until Monday, since nothing gets done over the week-end. I'm sure by then they will have another excuse for keeping my money -- I don't even know how much! -- and sending me nothing. I have no photos or videos, because I've received nothing. I have no proof of purchase because I never got confirmation of my order; I don't even know how much they decided to charge my credit card! There is no way to contact AceDepot.com other than by phone, and I have no recordings of my six phone calls to them. I told them I would leave a scathing negative review, and here it is.

I should have read more reviews and paid a higher price for the item elsewhere.

Brother Typewriter print wheel, but it hasn't arrived yet, hasn't even been shipped for crying out loud. I have no idea when it will be shipped, and I don't even know how much they charged me.

They list an item as "in stock" but after you purchase said item, they email you the item is out of stock. Of course it is still on the website that it's "in stock" and was still listed a month later. They emailed that they had another item but refurbished and made us an offer. I was buying a cash register for a non-profit dog rescue. We do events and sell dog related items and thought this would help speed things up. I agreed to the suggested item but it arrived non-working. They then told me I had to contact the maker of the cash register's customer service. I obligingly did so only to find out the closest customer service depot was 200 miles away. I contacted them again and told them that was out of the question, I was returning the broken item. They told me not to and that they were sending a replacement. That was a month ago. No tracking and no confirmation of anything being sent. I just emailed them for tracking and asking were my cash register was and they sent me the tracking info of the register that I received that was broken! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they even cheat non-profits!

Worst customer service ever! If I could rate them minus 10 stars I would. Stay away from this company and their related company, aceofficemachines.com, as well. I bought a refurbished Brother printer that came without all its pieces/parts (which, by the way would not have worked even if it had all its pieces/parts). So basically they sell garbage. It took forever to get them to send a prepaid return shipping label, and then, even though they emailed me that the refund I requested had been issued, 15 days later, still no refund. I finally contacted my credit card company and formally disputed the charge. I have 14 emails back and forth with what turns out to be the worst customer service department I've ever had the displeasure to have to work with. Do yourself a favor and find another company from which to purchase your office equipment. You'll be glad you did!

I ordered a printer from their website. After 6 months of waiting with no communication, I had to call to find that they were out of that printer. They said they could send me the one that was same brand and it was just the newer version. They sent me the wrong printer (not the one they sold me over the phone). HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO SHIP IT BACK... and I still have not received a refund or an invoice for the erroneous printer order. They do not send invoices and create paper trails like normal e-commerce vendors. They don't answer the phones. This company is just shy of a complete scam and minimally a HORRIBLE COMPANY.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. There customer service rep's lie to you about resolving any issue's you may have with their products. Been given run around for over the past 3 weeks and issue's are still not resolved and no refund either. Would not recommend this company to anyone... one star is to much for this company!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Read the Better Business reviews. They sell faulty products, customer service gives you the run around. They say they will send out an RA number and they don't. Still waiting for a refund. The best is is when they're talking to you you can't hear them because of static. Not once, 3 times. Unbelievable. The Glengarry Glen Ross of office supplies..
