I originally posted this on TrustPilot.com. Acedepot replied to my comment stating i was making false claims. I said i would post images as proof. TrustPilot does not allow images, or links. So im posting here. Go to that site and seach for AceDepot and you can see my original post.

I'm kicking myself for not reading reviews prior to this fiasco.
Around 10/3/20, I placed an order for a MFC-J6710 printer. After 3 days I never received a confirmation that my order was placed. So I called to make sure it was. The guy I talked to said it was never placed because they didn't have any stock.
Problem #1 - how long was I supposed to wait to figure that out? We're they just never going to tell me that?
He said he could instead do the MFC-6930. I originally said no, because that was a $700 printer. He said it was OK, and can do a refurb one at the same $300 price. I agreeed. He said he would send me a confirmation by end of day.
Problem #2. I never received any confirmation. I did receive confirmation 3 days later.
The confirmation still said I ordered the 6710. I ignored thinking "they know what their doing" and it's probably just changed my on the back end somewhere.
On 10/21, the printer finally arrived.
Problem #3 - this is neither the 6710 or the 6930 They sent me a 6530.
I emailed and called. They guy I talked to agreed it was a shipping error and it would be corrected. They said they will send out the correct printer and at the same time they will pick up the incorrect one. Again... I would get a confirmation by EOD.
Problem #4. - today is the 25th and STILL no confirmation.
I received 1 response from the email I sent. They said "please send a pic of the printer received as we do not have any 6530's in stock". I did as requested and sent a picture of the box and the physical device. No response since 10/21
Today is now 10/26. I emailed the same thread again, and again they said "Mr. Moss we asked for a photo of what you received. Please reply here" - Again i replied that i already sent them, but re-sent them again. I also sent a follow up email with a screenshot of the original email + attachments. STILL NO RESPONSE.
To Sum up, ive sent 10 emails. And have only gotten 2 responses - both just asking for pictures.
I've talked to someone 3x and the same thing each time. "Dont know what happened", "Will send you a confirmation by EOD", blah blah blah.
Almost a month - and still no resolution.
I've seen some negative posts on here and that 'acedepot' has replied to said posts stating this were false claims. HA! I saw one of them stating they requested Order # and the OP never responded. OH PLEASE TRY AND SAY THAT TO ME. I WOULD LOVE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH PROOF AND EVERYTHING YOU REQUESTS. Want my order #? My Email thread? Pictures of the incorrect item? You got it!
EDIT - Today is 10/29. AceDepot and i sent a few more emails back and forth. One of which said, they would not issue a return -
"If you would like to return you may and I can send you return instructions once you remove your inaccurate review."
I have screenshots of that message in its entirety if he attempts to say im lying again. Sorry, your not blackmailing me.
I threatened to file with the BBB, FTC and NJ Attorney General. A few minutes later he sent me an RMA. Coincidence? Yea. Probably. Ill be filing with the other two tomorrow.
Either way, my reviews stay. No one should have to deal with this. They need to be shut down.
Do not do business with these people. Learn from my mistakes. This is absolutely ridiculous.
