I ordered a Panasonic cordless phone from the supplier. On receipt of the order, it was discovered that a number of the accessories were missing. A number of negative customer reviews posted online initiated doubts in my mind as to the readiness of the seller to remedy the situation. Notwithstanding, I notified the seller of the situation via the established channel and the items were promptly sent as promised. On assembling the system, I subsequently, discovered that the incorrect model for the base unit was sent. I again notified the seller who promptly shipped the correct item.
Throughout the incident, it was the owner of Acedepot, Chris, who always responded promptly and professionally to my e-mails. Though I may have been inconvenienced by the delays in having the use of the items ordered, the seller compensated for it by the excellent customer service provided. I am pleased to report that the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

I received the shredder from AceDepot a few days ago and it worked great and its micro cut is amazing. I have put this shredder through its paces and it keeps up. This product works great, good price and the right size.

I purchased the cash register from AceDepot and this cash register worked perfect for my organization. It’s easy to operate and easy to program. I highly recommend this register for any small business with simple transaction. Great service and this machine works wonderfully.

Untrustworthy
June 19, 2018

Bought Brother P-Touch tapes that they had pictured. They sent a cheap knock-off and only half the order. The old "Bait & Switch". Had to call to get the rest of the tapes.
The tapes are crap... 3 tapes in a row jammed in the machine & are useless.

Horrible Experience

What a nightmare of a company to deal with. I placed an order and didn't hear anything for about 10 days when I decided to email them to check on the order status. I ended up having to call them. I finally reached someone and they said that they would check on the order and get back with me. Three more days went by and I sent an email to cancel the order. A few hours later I received an email that stated that the order had already shipped and it did not qualify for free shipping so they charged my card an additional $22 without authorizing it with me first. I immediately contacted them and they said that they would credit back the shipping. I had to stay on them for several days and they finally credited the unauthorized shipping charge. Meanwhile I saw no sign of the package that had supposedly already shipped. I finally received the package several days later and it was the completely wrong item. I contacted them yet again to exchange this for the correct item. They then sent me a return email with instructions stating that I pay for the return shipping! Insanity! I'll say again, they wanted me to pay return shipping for an item that I did not order that I was charged for. I decided to just chunk the item and count it as a loss and a lesson learned. I wasn't about to spend money for shipping this back and probably have to fight for getting the purchase amount refunded. Heed my warning and do not do online business with this company unless you want to lose hard earned money and deal with major frustration. AceDepot is absolutely pathetic.

Ordered product that was free shipping, they did not ship wanting $45 for shipping. I canceled they agreed but charged me both for the product and the shipping I never agreed to and oh yes never shipping the product. Amex called and dispute initiated. So this is what you should expect. Stay way from Ace.

This is 100% inaccurate, Here are the FACTS the customer ordered a SAFE a 50lb. Safe and clearly stated on our website all SAFES because of weight they do not qualify for our free freight program. This is not a bait and switch as we have not switched anything all we did is clarified our free shipping program which the customer failed to read. All we ask is for a fair review which this is not, we have over 97% positive comments and have been in business for over 22yrs

13 Days in the dark

I ordered from ACEDEPOT.COM on 3/16/2016 at 10:19:53 (Timex T-100 Time Clock + Same day processing $10.00) The website says that shipping is 1-3 days and that you will get an email containing the tracking information once it is processed. It has now been 13days and I have called them asking to get a tracking number (multiple times in last week) I was told only the owner has access to the shipping info due to the fact that it was drop shipped from another company. Make sure to read the reviews, I made the mistake of not doing my home work before ordering. If you are running a business and need something on time I would think twice and to the owner I would like an apology and a refund!

What a waste of time and money, paid for 2nd day shipping and didn't get it in 5 days so I called "customer service" and told them if it still hasn't been shipped to keep it 10 days later I got an e-mail saying that it had been shipped wish I could give 0 stars

Worst of the worst

I made a purchase got the wrong product, I have called them aver 15 times and finally I told them to refund me and they said they would - I never got a dime. Now they dont answer the phones. What a joke of a company.

STOLE MY MONEY!

I have never experienced this before. Iordered a register drawer replacement back in July. After they took my money they notified me that it is no longer in stock, I have been trying to get a refund ever since. Now they are claiming it was already deposited into my account. At this point I have to allocate even more time to go into the bank to see about getting my money back thru a chargeback? I shouldve of done that to begin with. Never again!

This transaction was not ideal, but Ace Depot was diligent in correcting the issues. The incorrect item was initially shipped, and there were some difficulties in obtaining the correct replacement. However, Ace Depot and eCommerce Manager Palak Kapasi in particular were always apologetic, cooperative, and attentive. Some internal problems were identified, which Ace Depot is currently working to correct to further improve customer service going forward. The mark of good service is not only in avoiding problems but even more in how problems are addressed. While the problems with this order were frustrating at the time, they were completely addressed and the issue entirely resolved. Thanks to Ace Depot and especially manager, Palak, for their hard work in resolving this order.

Do not buy from here. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! If they call and ask you to change anything about your order just say no and not to charge your card. They will send you a cheaper, incorrect product and will give you the run around when you try to return the item or get your money back. Read the other reviews.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I placed an order for a new cash register they had listed as available on their site. They advised it was not available. I told them that their replacement would be fine as long as it worked like the other one and was new. They sent a damaged refurbished register. They then advised that a new machine was not available. I advised them to refund my money and send a pickup for the machine. They refused and said they could only replace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Poor

Purchased a wireless speaker. Did not realize it was refurbished. It did not work. Had a very had time returning it. NO refund after 16 days. Customer service was poor maybe due to Covid or maybe NOT.

We purchased an item, according to the dimensions, they shipped what they consider an upgraded item with smaller dimensions so it doesn't work. Ordered from another company USA Machines, which is the same company actually, and got the same item. It says ROLODEX and it's a cheap knockoff item. They said they would send a postage paid return twice, and sent nothing. They want to charge a 30% restock fee for an item that they feel is a upgraded replacement, but doesn't even have the same dimensions and it's not even used for the same purpose. Stay away, they will tell you on the phone what you want to hear but they are a rip-off.

Horrible company!

I ordered a refurb paper shredder. Ace depot sent a tracking number that showed no movement for 2 weeks. I called 5+ times, sent two emails requesting the order be canceled and sent messages via the web site. It took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get a working tracking number and proof that the shredder had been shipped, even though I requested the order be canceled! When it arrived, the packing was horrible... the box had huge holes in it and it looked beat up. The shredder was extremely dirty and looked like it was picked up at a yard sale! It works but how long will that last.

Not a trustworthy vendor

Bought a laminator that we were told was back ordered, they were nice and sent us a loaner until the product was available
We never heard back from them them ever again-
When contacted they had no knowledge of our back order and of course the loaner broke.
Now we sit with a broken laminator.

Horrible business. They are thieves

They don't even deserve a single star! Ordered a typewriter, took over a month to receive. It was broken and I could never get any customer service help. I disputed the charge with my CC Company, and they decide it's ok to charge my card again after two months WITHOUT authorization. I will be disputing and blocking this company.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

I'm writing this review not as a customer, but as a company whose product is sold (NOT anymore!) by this horrible website. They sold product of ours to a third party, received the payment from that third party, and we have been chasing them to pay US for over a year! Our collection agency has also met with a brick wall. DO NO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They not only cheat the consumer, they cheat the companies whose products they are selling!
