I ordered a printer from their website. After 6 months of waiting with no communication, I had to call to find that they were out of that printer. They said they could send me the one that was same brand and it was just the newer version. They sent me the wrong printer (not the one they sold me over the phone). HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO SHIP IT BACK... and I still have not received a refund or an invoice for the erroneous printer order. They do not send invoices and create paper trails like normal e-commerce vendors. They don't answer the phones. This company is just shy of a complete scam and minimally a HORRIBLE COMPANY.
If you think this company is the same as ACE Hardware it is not! They sell things they have no intention of sending and then they don't return your money. My credit card gave me my money back, they did not. I filed with the Better Business Bureau who forwarded it to the New Jersey Attorney General. Hope the do something. This company should not be in business.
I ordered a shredder from this company, and they sent me one completely different from what I ordered or wanted. I am disabled and needed the machine I ordered. They put you off every time you call or send them an e-mail and never remedy the problem. I am still waiting for justice and am turning them over to the Better Business Bureau and to the Arkansas Attorney General. It is horrible to have to go to this length, but I believe in honesty and taking care of your customer's needs. Please don't trust them. They lie with pleasant sounding voices.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. There customer service rep's lie to you about resolving any issue's you may have with their products. Been given run around for over the past 3 weeks and issue's are still not resolved and no refund either. Would not recommend this company to anyone... one star is to much for this company!
I am very happy with the services provided by the AceDepot team. Really appreciable. I had bought a product from their store which had got some defect. I informed the matter to them to which they not only replaced the product but also shipped it to me within 2 days. Quite recommendable.
They do deliver and the products are good but the shipping time is so slow that they deserve no more than 3 stars. You need to add express options.
I think Sam has to work a lot on his honesty. Because first of all he is the only owner, he is making us believe that is a big company but it is only him. Sam has to understand whatever he does is coming to back to him because the things he does to us are not honest at all. On July 14, one month ago, I ordered two products that said were in stock! Well, I still have NO PRODUCTS and today I find out one is no longer available and the other small product would cost $52 to ship! The product was only $50! CRIMINAL! It is listed as free shipping and after a month I am SHOCKED they have the gaul to tell me its in stock and will cost MORE THAN PRODUCT to ship! GO ELSEWHERE!
I got tricked again only after placing my order did I discover they own aceofficemachine.com which is claiming to have in stock toilet paper I ordered for our local senior center which now they are out $105.00. What low people to scam senior citizen's during the Coronavirus lock down.
They list an item as "in stock" but after you purchase said item, they email you the item is out of stock. Of course it is still on the website that it's "in stock" and was still listed a month later. They emailed that they had another item but refurbished and made us an offer. I was buying a cash register for a non-profit dog rescue. We do events and sell dog related items and thought this would help speed things up. I agreed to the suggested item but it arrived non-working. They then told me I had to contact the maker of the cash register's customer service. I obligingly did so only to find out the closest customer service depot was 200 miles away. I contacted them again and told them that was out of the question, I was returning the broken item. They told me not to and that they were sending a replacement. That was a month ago. No tracking and no confirmation of anything being sent. I just emailed them for tracking and asking were my cash register was and they sent me the tracking info of the register that I received that was broken! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, they even cheat non-profits!
Please be award, do not buy anything from this company. They sold us no worked cashier machine, after we return the machine, they did not refund us over one year. We called the customer service, they cannot do anything, and called the owner Chris, he never pick up the phone. Horrible company, I cannot believe that it happen in U.S.A.
I have been trying to either exchange or get a refund for defective UV Pens for 2 months. I have spoken with Max in customer service who is also the operator and will share no contact information for anyone at the company. They tell me I will receive an email in 5-10 minutes confirming a refund and I never receive an email. I have spoken to them at least 8 times over the past two months. This is the worst customer service and seems that they are doing what they can to not fix the situation. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from them
Normally I have my Christmas shopping complete in August. This year my sister procrastinated and sent me her list the week before Christmas. I placed an order through Amazon for a contemporary type of handset for a wireless phone through Ace Depot. First, I was so excited they had something other than the traditional ugly handset, this handset is sleek and fits a contemporary room perfectly. When I completed my order, it gave me a receive date in January. Although disappointed, I canceled the order because I needed it by Christmas. I gave this as my reason. The next business day, I received an email from the folks at Ace Depot telling me they could two-day ship so it would be here by Christmas. I was so happy to hear this! My sister received one of the main items on her wish list, and Ace Depot made it happen! I won't hesitate to order through them again.
Browsed this site online for buying office machines for my new workspace. I was really overwhelmed by the amazing range of products that they sell. Superior in both quality and brand, AceDepot really rules the roost for excellent office products online.
Stay away! Ordered a shredder that the site said would be delivered in about a week. Called 10 days later to be told they did not have any stock and they could sell me a different shredder. I asked to cancel the transaction. They said no problem and I would see a credit within 10 days. I realized 6 weeks later I did not get a credit and called them. They said they would credit us right away and even gave us a confirmation number. It is now 10 days later and no credit was received. I have had to spend the last hour trying to get through to them. Finally gave up and went to my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a hassle! This company sucks. Liars!
Please read all the 5 star reviews and you will see a speech pattern and poor grammar. You will realize they are all written by the same person. They can't even get real, positive reviews so they have their own employees write them. Absolutely disgusting way to run a "business ". Please save yourself the Hassel and shop elsewhere. I can provide email trai k so if you are interested in seeing the pain I went through dealing with these people.

Terrible customer service. Items are not in stock. Reported this company to my credit card company (this was the only way to get my refund.) I am also reporting this sham of a company to the Attorney General of both NY and NJ. These people belong in jail. In other words, I do not recommend purchasing anything from Assdepot.com.
Very satisfied with the service we got from AceDepot. I purchased two used cordless phones. One of the phones was determined to have a bad charging base. One inquiry to AceDepot was all it took to get a replacement charging base on the way! Very satisfied with the way they handled the whole process. Will buy in confidence from them again!
