I placed my order on 3rd Jun and it was delivered on 12th Jun. It's obviously the next day service you come to expect with Amazon prime but for the great price I paid I don't mind waiting a little longer.
I was kept informed by email as my order was processed and dispatch.
From my experience A1smartshop Online have provided a good service and I will buy from them in the future.

Great service from start to finish, found it really easy to use and make my order. Nice and easy to use and find what I wanted on the site. A1Smartshop.com emailed me letting me know everything that I needed to know, like when my order was being delivered and giving me the tracking number.

When I was ordering i didn't know about this website after ordering a smartwatch I saw some bad reviews about them and I was scared but believe me they did a good job. Keep up the good work!

Just be aware depending on where you're ordering from there might be a customs charge when it arrives in your country.

They claim to ship from the UK, but that is not the case. They in fact ship nothing. Provide you an invalid, bogus tracking number for Royal Mail.

They stole £130 from me and we are currently trying to settle the dispute on PayPal, but this false tracking number is a known scam, so I might not get my money back at all.

When the "customer service", which is a gmail address, is confronted, they tell you to " be patient in waiting and do not attack site"(sic!).

DO NOT TRUST THEM! This site should be taken down along with it's clones: Y5DADDY and A1Smatrstore.

I have ordered F11 4 PRO and after that saw all the bad reviews about this company. At first I panicked, but then I thought that I am safe because I paid by paypal, so could get my money back in case the item doesn't arrive. I was waiting patiently and finally I have received the Tablet. It was safely wrapped in bubble foil and the box was also untouched with original film on it, so it is definitely brand new item. IT'S NOT A SCAM! YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT. It took 1 week for my order to arrive and I am very happy with the product. Highly Recommend!

I bought the Xiaomi mi band 6, the item arrived on time and cheap price, the customer service excellent so I surely will order again from this shop. Highly recommended.

Awful and insulting customer service resulting in being spammed with comments such as "UK THIEF" "POOR UK BEGGAR" and my personal favourite, wishing my mother death in Chinese. I'm not sure the customer service rep knows of the existence of google translate.

Ignoring that emails referred to me as "Dear" and trying to use PayPal as their own returns policy, the item took a long time and of course I realised too late it was coming from China. Then apparently it was delivered but there was nothing at all on the doorstep as claimed.
When I asked for a refund from my bank, which the customer service rep ensured me was my safety net, I was spammed with the above abusive messages as well as saying it's my problem so I should contact the courier which is absolutely NOT the case.
This is not a company anyone should go near and they have no idea how to conduct business.
Ive uploaded the images of the emails but I'm holding onto them too just incase it's needed and for the comedy factor.
I hope I never have to hear from "Andy" ever again.

Really good, amazing actually. The shipping, the price, just the overall feeling felt nice. Got a good watch for relatively cheap $$ (if we compare it to other flagships) and mad fast shipping.

The shop owner didn't leave me out in the dark and helped me when the software has to be updated well after purchase. The upgrade was in a different language so it was invaluable :)
