SCAM, FAKE PRODUCTS AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Took ages to arrive (comes from china even when it says it doesn't) and when it did it was cheap knock off products.

When dealing with via email, you get arrogant & cockeye responses. Luckily I paid via PayPal and got my money back. I have also reported to the official companies in the hope they will be able to get these wastes of skin shut down.

DO NOT SEND THESE SCUM BAGS ANY OF YOUR MONEY!

Ordered and paid for a drone on 6-2-21... according to the website it was UK stock and would be delivered in 5-8 working days. On the 3-3-21 after having sent numerous messages asking for the promised tracking info and receiving no replies I went through the resolution centre with PayPal requesting a refund. 3 days before the cut off time to reply to them A1 actually gave me tracking info which showed that the item had been dispatched on the 10-3-21,23 working days after I'd paid for it. Way too late for the birthday present I'd bought it for. Doesn't seem the right way to do business when you have to get a third party involved to give a business a kick up the $#*! to stop their attempt at theft. Long story short, don't bother with A1Smartshop.

The purchased goods were delivered in time and in the required quality. A very friendly company to deal with. I had a slight misunderstanding with my order but it was dealt with efficiently and with fairness. I shall use them again.

The camera works, incredibly cute and cool, and most importantly-an easy camera, now you do not need to carry a heavy zenith I have not shown a film yet, so I can not say the quality of the photo. Then I will add a review.

Was given no confirmation of purchase, receipt or tracking link. Money just disappeared from my account. When I emailed to request one I was told to "be patient" (it never appeared). It took 3 weeks for the product to arrive, and the quality is TERRIBLE. I emailed to ask to return the product and they never responded. Would not buy from A1 Smart Shop again.

A1smartshop is a company that places quality, good craftsmanship, and a reliable customer support experience above all else. Online, electronics can often be cheap and low quality. However, A1smartshop brings in tested audio products, wearables, and so much else. I've bought 7 products from them over the few years and they have all withstood the test of time and daily wear. A1smartshop is awesome and I recommend them to anybody!

I purchased a drone from their website which I wasn't sure at first due to lack of reviews but they had the best price for it at the time. I decided to take a punt and they came through, my drone arrived on time. This is a genuine company and I would have no problems buying from them again.
Nevertheless I would use this company again in the future.

I ordered an smartwatch for my daughters birthday. I agree with other purchasers, After reading some of the reviews, I was beginning to worry. I ordered the item on 26. 4. 2021. I received an Email confirming my order and then a second Email confirming the item had been dispatched and a tracking No. On trying to track the parcel, DPD kept saying they had my order details but had not received my parcel. However, on the 6th May, I had an Email from DPD saying that my parcel would be delivered that day and as promised it arrived. Well packaged, brand new and a very happy daughter. Very happy with the service and would recommend.
