Purchased a pair of headphones, reported as faulty on the same day, crackling, cutting out. Was advised to pay for a return to obtain a refund, they want me to pay for shipping to China, when they have a UK warehouse? The shipping outweighs the cost of the item. They have called me a liar too. I did pay via PayPal and PayPal also say I have to return to China. Avoid.

Item order does not charge up and seller not taking responsibility. I have emailed several times and no response, on there website they say if faulty item they cover replacement or refund and take back item on their own cost. Not one respons after several email sent requesting a return label. AVOID THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM

Delivery takes a week but very pleased with the price and product.
I saw some dodgy experiences on reddit but decided to try this site out anyways since any payment made would be protected by buyers protection using PayPal. I purchased a Xiaomi band 8 which was £10+ below the RRP in UK as far as I know. The item arrived in a week and It was well packaged, authentic, and am satisfied with my order experience. A little patience worth for waiting!

Bought a 50 pound watch which did not do the job it was advertised to do. They give me an address in Scotland to return it to that does not accept returns which I paid for. Then after opening PayPal case sent abusive e mails at least 10 off. Scam merchants especially Andy. Do not waste your money use amazon. Disgusting this was for charity too. They should be ashamed

All the items I'll bought are exactly as described. Bought some big servos that are really excellent value for the money. This time my package arrived earlier than expected. Will buy more in the future.

My order was fulfilled and shipped fast and the problem i had with the charging brick was immediately solved by sending me a entire new wireless charger including a new charging brick without any discussion.

I purchased a water dispenser that took a month to arrive, as the shop is actually located in Hong Kong, not the UK. Unfortunately, the dispenser stopped working after only 2 days of use. When I requested a replacement, the shop agreed to cover return shipping costs if the fault was on their end. However, I had to ship the item back twice due to the misleading postage guidelines they provided. I finally received a replacement unit, but it was a different model than my original order. Despite their multiple errors, the shop refused to reimburse my shipping fees (I just asked for one postage, not two). I am extremely disappointed with the misleading product listing, faulty item, poor communication around replacements, and lack of accountability for shipping costs. It's a scammer and full of lies. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SHOP

I have been a1shop customer for few years and can say with all honesty that I have had no problems whatsoever with this company. They have always offered any help when required to do so. All in all a great company! Hope they keep going for many more years. 100% recommended

I have excellent experience with A1smartstore. I ordered Film camera and shipping was fast. The camera is excellent and I believe that A1 is best store to buy it. The best thing is that you don't have to be worried about taxes and duties.

Found Honor Band 9 here and it was cheaper than other shops i looked. That's was kinda suspicious, but heard that's this shop is fine. Well yep. Defenetly. Good shipping and realy helpful custom support. It's realy important nowdays to have some tech besides smarthpone :)

DO NOT USE THEM - When arrived the headphones where faulty (left ear not working). Was told to return product at cost which would be refunded once received. Cost of Headphones refunded :) - BUT not received the refund for the postage (£20) :( - which was agreed in an email and their terms. Have chased multiple times and now not responding. Now in the process of getting back through the bank/PayPal

I see that this shop is looking like attacked by competition :) They asked me to comment and I gladly to do it: 1. The item arrived on time as describe and posted from UK address without tax.
2. Price is very cheap and worthy to wait.
3. Overall happy with my first order and I'll not only come back in couple months but surely will recommend to my friends!

I just got my second drones through these guys, this time delivery only took just under 10 days. Really impressed this time round. Brand new drone for less than the price of a used one from ebay! Will use them again in future for all my electronics.

It was easy to order, I was very good informed about the status of my order, the order came at the last day witch was given as period for the delivery. I am satisfied with the watch.
Trusted website. This was my second items purchase in the space of a year and both were speedy deliveries. Great customer service, always replied to my queries.

Very good product and response time, great seller I did some wrong setting and he was up with me for two hours to help me set my box up, very much appreciated cause of time difference to Australia. Highly recommended

This is a scam company, this guy sells it from UK, hence I trusted and bought a watch worth £89, after a week it turned out to be faulty. I sent him the video and he asked me to return it to factory in China and mentioned to use low value on post. Buying it from UK and returning it to China, I was wondering why but I posted it with standard post anyway and sent him package & receipt photos. After 3 weeks of repeated follow up, he tells me that item is not received and that I should have used tracking number postal service instead which he obviously didn't mention at the time of return. Later he asked me to read the terms and conditions. Don't buy from this person, selling in UK and asking to return to China itself is fishy. Later I figured there are other people with same experience as mine.

I have ordered my first item at A1smartshop.com and everything was easy going. Item delivered on time, package in good condition and everything as described online. We are very happy with our choice. Thank you A1smartshop.com, we will order again!
