Julie is awesome to do business with! She is very prompt to respond and she truly cares about the satisfaction of her customers. I purchased 2 boxes and my brother and mother purchased 3 more and we all love them. We got rid of our cable TV service, Netflix, and Hulu! Over $50 in monthly savings. The boxes will pay for themselves! Thank you Julie for a great product!

Do not buy this product I was promised any show and any movie could be viewed with this box. What I got was a good view of alot of posters but when you try to acess any it will say stream not found. Even when you try to watch a tv series it will play the first episode no matter which one you choose. Im not sure how anyone can give 5 stars unless you work for the company writing bogus reviews! Also they promised to provide tech support by phone but then switched to email support so for a simple question it takes hours to resolve.

When I purchased my e-books almost 5 years ago and I just recently received an email from Julie that they now had free upgrade on their software and that they have also added live televisioN. I was sent the email instructions on how to install and decided to try the new live TV. Just when I thought things could not get any better, they did. This new live TV section is fantastic. I haven't had any issues in years but anytime that I need Julie she always responds professionally and quickly. Thanks again

I purchased an A-Box at a St. Pete show about three years ago. This product has me wrapped around it's little cords lol. All the movies from movie theaters, all my tv shows (especially my dramas lol) all at my finger tips for FREE! Now there's this new program called SET. And Now it has my live tv, movies, tv shows and so much more! Like what more can you guys create?! Love A-Box Tv.

I was very impressed with the demo of this product at the Orlando Home Show. After searching for over a year I purchased this box. Julie went above and beyond to walk me through setup. She return my phone calls and was very professional. Can't wait to buy another one.

This product really lived up to what I was told it would do. Great TV channel selection, awesome movies, and great customer service. Local channels still need to be received via an HD antenna, but it's MUCH better and cheaper than cable. Forget Roku and the like, get this. At $19.99 a month, it's a no brainer.

They have updated there system since then my tv code dose not work send a text called emailed no response i been without tv box fir a week i dont recommend this company

So this morning i received an email from my cable company R-boxtv. They told me that i had made a review on a-boxtv and that due to rboxtv now being the supplier of aboxtv if i could do a revisit on my review of a-boxtv as now their product is supposedly the same as what i currently use. If this is true then a-boxtv deserves 4 stars as first they made a wise decision to use a better product and to charge people less. I love my rboxtv and use it everyday. I save about 140 a month on cable and that doesnt even include me watching the movies still at the picture show. Thanks Derek for helping another company become better which in turn qill allow more happy customers such as myself.

Have had my a-boxTV for a week now, works just as Julie said it would. We r satisfied with it my husband and I are not tech savvy but have navigated through it just fine. Tech support through email or phone has been very helpful. Would recommend it to anyone. Thanks k

I had an opportunity to purchase the latest A-Box TV Android Box. I say the latest because this is the third box purchased from Julie and I got it at the Orlando Home and Garden show on January 17! This one is going in the motorhome and is a little different, (but a whole lot better), from the two home models that I have at home now. Purchased at a low price and with a low monthly subscription charge that includes all three a-boxes that I have, I am able to stream my favorite series and recent movies better than ever.
It is so easy to set up and get going in minutes. Just plug it in to an outlet and into your TV HDMI and after a few short minutes for an initial update, your watching 250 channels from all over the world, your favorite movies, and even pay per views. It even has a speed checker available to make sure you have enough internet speed, (which doesn't need a lot). It's portable, so what's better to take on an RV excursion? Julie was very informative at the booth that she and her daughter were able to answer questions and enlightened the crowd around her.

I have had the a-box for 3 years now and I absolutely love it! It's very simple and easy to use. My son adores the fact that I can put on his favorite tv show. No more having to struggle with cable cables and stupid contracts! I am ever so grateful that I have the abox. It's definitely a money saver!

Julie is great! We love our A-Boxes. I purchased one right after the Southern Womens Show last year and have purchased a couple more boxes since then. She always returns calls promptly and provides help without complaint. Would definitely purchase from her again!

I have owned the A-Box for over 3 months and am very satisfied with the product. I have had very few issues and found the owner (Julie) to be very responsive anytime I have called or emailed her. She takes the time to go over your concern and normally has the issue resolved immediately. I have and continue to enjoy all the features of the box and do not have any problem recommending the box to friends and family

This is a quirky little device, and to use it, you should be persistent and be capable of navigating and exploring basic computer and internet devices. IF YOU CAN DO THAT, you will be delighted by a virtually infinite variety of content, much of which you would normally pay a lot for. You will be using streaming content of various kinds, and the quality will vary depending on the SOURCE and on your OWN INTERNET. I just finished watching a live sports event from a broadcaster I would have had to have a subscription. But I just watched it all live for free. It had to buffer a couple of times and the sound was jerky. So what. Thanks A-Boxtv.

I have had the box over two years and whenever I have a problem all I do is send julie a text and she helps me out. It is hard to navigate when you first get it but now I am a pro and I have even convinced a couple of friends and family to try it out and they love it too.

When we bought the abox at the Tampa Home Show it had to be shipped to us because they were out of stock. It took a little longer to arrive than we thought but then the unit that arrived did not work. I contacted the company and then exchanged it by priority mail. That box worked and the defective one was returned. The learning curve is kind of steep but all my emails were answered very quickly, usually within a few minutes. Julie is right there with any solutions to problems we have had. Like she says there are no dumb questions. I have recommended abox to many people since we bought ours.

I don't know what all the fuss is about. Really? We purchased our A-BOX TV box from a show in Tampa and love it! Anytime we need help learning something, we just leave a message on their 800# and either JulieAnn or one of her staff gets back to us. The tutorials are great, maybe not professional quality, but we were able to set everything up (we are both over 60 years old) with no problems and were off and running. I hate that people do not think a business is entitled to make any money. The cost of the box is the cost of the box, buy it or don't buy it, the choice is yours! I also love that they have a brick and mortar building on Hwy 19 in New Port Richey. We stopped down to meet her and purchased a little wireless keyboard to help with the box. I would definitely recommend A-BoxTV.

The box is wonderful. I have had it for 2 months. It is really awesome. Watched 50 shades of Gray just days after it came out. Customer service is also top notch. I had a couple of problems and were fixed overight. I recommend them to everyone!

A-box TV is a wonderful product! When I first heard the presentation at the Women's show, I thought," This is too good to be true." But my curiosity got the better of me so I purchased one anyway because Julie told me I could bring it back the next day and she would refund my money. So I did purchase one and took it home. My husband was not happy with me, thinking I got taken." Nothing can be that good!", he said. So the next morning, to prove me "wrong", he went to YouTube and followed the easy set-up instructions. Then we spent the next 2 hours playing with the A-box. Needless to say, He apologized to me because it was everything I explained to him it could be. My son tried it and also thought it was "sweet" as he put it. I went back that day and purchased one for him.
We did receive a bad keyboard. When my husband called for a replacement, we received one without question within a few days. I called Julie with a question about a movie that streamed in very choppy. She told me how to fix the problem in 2 different ways. Problem resolved! In the meantime I was still waiting for another A-box. I called Julie and explained we still hadn't received it. She apologized and sent it by 2 day priority. We received it, just as she promised. She and her staff have been vey pleasant to communicate with. They truly do want you to have a positive experience with the A-box. I know we certainly do! Thank you, Julie! Happy customer in Michigan

We recently purchased the A-Box from a Home and Garden show we attended. We were very excited to learn about this product because we do not use cable and only have internet thru Time Warner. We stream Hulu, Netflix and other streaming devices. We asked the individual hocking this item if it would work for us. He stated that as long as we can stream Netflix we are fine with this product. We were of course thrilled and purchased one.
They were of course conveniently out of boxes so we had one shipped to our house. The set up was tough but we figured it out. However, we couldn't get anything to stream, it kept buffering or saying it could find anything to stream the move or tv show selected. And when we kind of got it to work the quality was horrible and some movies had Chinese subtitles. I understand that some of this is barely legal but honestly not worth it.

When we FINALLY was able to speak to someone about the issues we were having she made us run tests to check internet speeds. She ends up telling us that in fact we don't have enough internet speed to run this service and we need to either increase our internet speed or buy a booster.

We will be asking our credit card company to fight this charge because we feel it was fraudulent. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save your time and money.

We purchased our A-Box while at the Daytona Home Show. We were very pleased and satisfied with our box, that we purchased another one. We did have some difficulty with the WIFI aspect, but were very happy for the support from Julie as to how to resolve the issue. We also had a few bumps in the road with the box malfunctioning and again Julie worked with us and when we could not resolve the issue she instructed us to return the boxes and they would ship another 2 that would not have the issues we were experiencing. Always happy to receive our call or text and a response was and is quickly received. We would and have recommended this product to our friends and family. Very Satisfied.

We purchased an A Box at a Home and Garden show. I asked the salesman at least 3 times if it would work on our tv. He said it would work and all we had to do was plug it in. My husband and I are not very good with electronics but we tried to get it set up. We couldn't do it. We called our computer consultant and he tried to get it set up spending about 2 hours on it. My husband called the number provided and spoke to the owner who said she would credit our account. We then called our credit card company to tell them we would be credited for the purchase of the A Box. When the owner found out we called our bank, she put in a dispute claim against us without our knowledge. The bank said she won the dispute and the charge would remain. We emailed the owner back and forth several times. She was angry that we called the bank and said this would look bad for her company and that she would not refund our money. We had sent the A Box back to her already and she refused to send us a new one.

This is definitely a scam. The salesman was not honest with us and the owner was downright rude and unreasonable. She threatened us with a law suit if we put any negative review on her website. We decided it was not worth fighting with an unstable person and dropped the whole situation. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product.

Error messages saying "one or more items failed to play" is constant. Often it will just stop in the middle of a movie.

Had to get higher Internet speed, attach ethernet directly to box and tv (additional cost per month from Brighthouse) and NO written directions. A few youtube videos done in someone's house. The customer service is not a direct line and I leave messages, they call back the next day when I am at work, promising to call back that night. No call.

Sometimes you have to turn off the remote control box several times to get it to work. This is NOT easy like they say. I am a techie too. Not an absolute novice.

I would NOT recommend this unless you are willing to pay for the extra Internet bandwidth and wait forever for it to load. Initially, I couldn't even figure out how to get it to work. They need some kind of instruction manual. There is NONE.

One customer service person (there is only two... I think the company is only Julie, Shaquan and Dillon) took remote control of my set to get it to work finally.

Nope. Buyer beware.

The A box advertising is fraudulent. I never could get the box to work and is a waste of money. Beware of this product.
