The company has the worst customer service ever, all the staff are very unprofessional and will refuse to respond when you need help. They are quick to call you when they are waiting on you to pay for your inquiry, but if you need a refund because they couldn't get a writer to complete your order, good luck getting your refund. They will send your order to some dispute department and it will take several days before the respond to your refund request. It's been 3 days and I still haven't received my refund. Avoid doing business with this company and avoid any of the others companies they have started, because they appear to have several essay writing companies listed with different names, same platform so it's easy to recognize them.

The lady called Olivia was uncooperative. I was close to placing the order and requested for an official email with the deliverables and she refused to send an email after several requests and I had to cancel the order. She sent me an email with the payment plan but with no details of what they will deliver. Also they dont save chat history. I discussed a price yesterday but they didnt have a writer and when I went back next day they had lost all the communication. I had requested them to send an email for a record but they did not send any email. In the end due to their uncooperative behaviour I cancelled the order.

Why I chose this service among others is because I was actually able to text the writer and see what he had to respond before I even paid for it so when I paid I knew exactly what I was doing They also gave me a small discount for my first order which I didn't really need but it's the thought that matters!
