7-Continents Travel Agency has been my regular travel agency for over a decade and I surprise myself that its taken this long to contribute my review of their services. I always find them helpful, reliable and dependable. I have recommended a few friends in the past and would do again in the future. Sami was especially helpful on this occasion.

Great customer service quick simple and easy. The agent Waleed has always been very helpful courtesy calls and emails to ensure all is well an the travel plans are still in place. I received a message to remind me of all my travel info the day before and even th bay before I returned. Great travel agents 5*

Thanks 7Continentalstars company, Shoaib assist me very well, he helped with booking my umrah package in very good cost. I am happy with kind service through out the journey me and my husband had. Sohaib was updating us with all the service through my journey, he's a very hard working and helpful person. I'll definitely recommend him again for travel.

The company should be proud to have such excellent staff۔ They should be appreciated, I have taken this step inspired by their ability and capability. I have contacted the travel agents for a quotation to go for Umrah and one of the staff Aqib helped me all the way through. He was very pleasant and patience with me for my booking, he helped me all the way through and got me a good deals Alhamdulillah. We were very pleased with the package he provided us. I received an excellent customer services from Mr Honey... he helped get the best deal for my budget and my family's travel needs. I took so much of his time as I was undecided with my travel dates and the airport choice so that I get the most suitable and affordable tickets... Mr Honey was very polite, helpful, really patient, reassuring at each stage and I feel confident that that I got the best possible deal. My tickets were issued immediately after the payments. I do hope that my travel experience and flight is as excellent as well. Nonetheless, based on my customer service experience with Mr Honey, I would recommend 7 Continents definitely to my family and friends and anyone as long as the other staffs there are as helpful and patient as Mr Honey. I made a booking with them, had to cancel original booking due to a bereavement in the family. I did travel but earlier than planned. However, BA was able to accept my reason and cancel without loosing the deposit. 7 continental sat on the money by claiming the airline took it. This us over a year I am yet to receive the balance of my money. Phone calls were not respected neither responded to emails. The manage is always in a meeting irregardless of the time of the day.
I can't recommend them. Incidentally the very first sales person I dealt with me wooed my heart and got a very good service until he left then everything became a mess.

First time I chose their service to buy the tickets. Saad handled me politely and patiently.So far my experience is very good till purchasing the tickets. I have a peace of mind at the time. I hope all go well through out my departure and arrival journey.
