I have contacted the travel agents for a quotation to go for Umrah and one of the staff Aqib helped me all the way through. He was very pleasant and patience with me for my booking, he helped me all the way through and got me a good deals Alhamdulillah. We were very pleased with the package he provided us. The hotels accommodation was very near to the haram. The transport has been arranged perfectly for us. I highly recommend this travel agent to anyone who is looking to go for Umrah in the future

I have been for Umrah, Makkah n medinah, Rafe was great, he was in touch all the time, Five stars Rafe, hotel in Makkah was fairmont which I would recommend to everyone, and hotel in medinah was Zamzam Pullman, both 5 star hotel, breakfast n service was great, pickup from Jeddah to Makkah and Makkah to medina n medina to airport,we got service of big SUV and drivers were very friendly and were like guided tours explaining every place with history, flights were very comfortable saudi airlines, I would recommend if any one wants to go for Umrah please contact Rafe, he is very helpfull and will always reply to your queries and always in touch till you return back to London.

First time i used 7continents. Brother Yasir dealt with my documents. The service was very nice and i would recommend people to use 7continents travel.

Perfect job done from Shahad. He has been a wonderful customer service who has always be an assistant to me in any request I have made through him. He is calm, respectful and more over have patience to make things done and on time too.

Great customer service quick simple and easy. The agent Waleed has always been very helpful courtesy calls and emails to ensure all is well an the travel plans are still in place. I received a message to remind me of all my travel info the day before and even th bay before I returned. Great travel agents 5*
