Bought Coach sneakers and 2 Steve Madden bags. They where al fakes. Plastic, uncomfortable, badly made, low quality. Never buying or recommending this site. It's a hoax!
I have been eyeing a couple of shoes on 6pm and have noticed that the price had been increasing everyday for about a week. One pair went from $231 to $338. How coincidental that theses REDICOULOUS INCRESAES occur just a few weeks prior to their Black Friday 15% off site-wide sale.
NOT COOL 6PM. Consumers arent as stupid as you would hope.
TERRIBLE... SOMETHING FISHY IS GOING ON HERE. I am an avid buyer of dresses from Tahari, London times, Calvin klein, Jessica Howard, etc. this I have been doing for many years. I was introduced to 6pm.com recently and was attracted to their almost ridiculously-low prices for dresses. So, I order 6 dresses: Nine West, London Times, connected Apparel, at the unbelievable price of roughly $25 dollars for each dress. Holding my breathe and hoping it would be the real McCoy.
As I brought the dresses out the packaging, my heart sank at what I saw. The London times dresses just shoved into plain, plastic bags, the others tackily packed; BUT WORST OF ALL, THE DRESSES LOOKED LIKE CHEAP IMITATIONS OF THE ORIGINAL BRANDS! ( and mind you, I KNOW ORIGINAL!) I was so dissapointed and really dont understand how this can be allowed to go on a place like america, with all the controls and regulations... BTW, I couldnt return them coz I couldnt make the returns window.
I wrote to the BBB about them. They would not take shoes back that were MUCH narrower than a nornal width. I could not wear them. I will never use them again. Stick with DSW or Zappos!

I ORDER A LOT OF ITEMS FROM AMAZON AND THIS TIME I ORDERED A PAIR OF MERRELL BOOTS THAT I NEEDED FOR WORK AND AMAZON PROCESSED MY ORDER FROM 6PM AND WHEN THEY CAME IN THEY WAS A SET OF USED BOOTS WAITED A WEEK FOR THEM TO COME IN NOW I'M HAVING TO RETURN THEM TO AMAZON AND WAIT ON MY MONEY BACK. A customer service representative sento me a response and I I called the 6PM toll free number and spoke took a lady named Paulline and explained what happen and it took about 30 minutes but she fixed my issue and I ordered another pair of boots and they came in the next edition day. Thank you Paulline and 6PM shoes for fixing my issue great work

I bought a pair of Vionic flats from 6pm and had to return due to sizing. It cost me $8.95 to return! Amazon and every other online retailer offers FREE let me repeat FREE returns. TOTAL SCAM!

I have only purchased shoes 4 different times. The prices wer great for quality shoes Halfinger wool shoes and Aasics walking sport shoes... all quality and still wearing them. Speedy deliveries!

I have ordered 4 times from this site and TWO of the four times, they sent me the wrong item. Nothing even CLOSE to what I ordered. The first one, they wouldn't give me a refund until I sent item back and IIIII HAD TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING. I thought it must have been a fluke, and ordered again from them because they have a wide array of swimwear. This time, wrong item again, only apologized for the inconvenience, IS paying for the return, but now what I orig ordered is not available!
They really REALLY STINK.
You must pay for any return... regardless of situation... i will buy elsewhere

I ordered a pair of Roper brand round toe fringe and studs boots from 6pm for $84.99. I bought them the second I saw the price because they're retailing everywhere else for between 149-186 and I had been just dying for them! Of course I didn't read the reviews until AFTER I submitted my purchase and I became so nervous I ALMOST cancelled my order. I was freaking out since there are so many people who didn't get what they ordered and were forced to pay the return shipping as if it were their fault, and that most of those reviews were people ordering shoes or boots!
Anyways, I tracked the package and discovered it had already shipped. I couldn't cancel! I sat nervous for 5 days halfway expecting to be out $85.00! They arrived today PERFECT! Exactly what I ordered, in flawless original Roper box complete with tags on each boot strap and tissue paper inside to keep them from becoming misshapen during shipment. I was so excited! Maybe I just got lucky. Idk. I don't mean to dismiss the frustrations of other customers, but my transaction was so perfect that it almost made me wonder if some of the negative reviews aren't written by other companies who are tired of losing business to 6pm's absolutely unbeatable prices!
Anyhoo, I love the boots! Love, love, love them! Luckily I already knew exactly how Ropers fit me so I didn't have to worry about a return for size reasons. And even luckier still, 6pm sent exactly what I ordered for free at close to 100 bucks less than everyone else! SCORE! If you know how the brand you're buying fits you, I say go for it! I'm supper happy that I did!
