The outcome of a poster I ordered online was horrible. The image wasn't correctly placed and clearly blurry! The proof sent via email wasn't what I received. Company offered no resolution and no refund. Their response is prewritten cheesy template I kept receiving. A company that doesn't care about quality work they produce and customer satisfaction is untrustworthy. Based on my experience I do not RECOMMEND this company.

Avoid at all costs. They will not fulfill your order in time. They really should consider changing their name. Also, I pity you if you ever have to call customer service. I spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with them for them to finally offer me a refund for their mistake. Then an hour later, they literally called me saying they changed their mind. No refund. Who does that? What an aweful company. Order from literally anyone else.

I ordered poster printing before, I made a data as their instructions show on the web site, but the printing quality was terrible.
Found out the format(or settings) they show doesn't work well.
I asked for a refund or to redo.
But they responded a week later, which was too late for the event I participated.
Because of their massive delay, I needed to order the same thing at a different store.
A customer support was rude too. She even didn't apologized for their mistakes. No refund.
Not an honorable / trustworthy company.

I placed an order September 6. I did not receive my order for 5 days then when I received the order the quality was awful. It's over priced even with the coupon. It's October 11 and I have emailed them three times called four times and have yet set on a resolution. They place you on hold and then ask you to do more research and work to get you off the line. They say let me send you a sample kit so that you can buy something better quality and ofcourse more expensive. I have wasted so much time dealing with them it has been a nightmare. They insist that you order another product. Why would i do that if you don't value me and my time as a customer. Please don't use them.

Order processing times are not accurate. There are no notifications regarding orders being proccessed and delivered late. This company false advertises with the 48hourprint service as there is no 48 hour print service. All of their orders are delivered pass the guaranteed date and there is nothing that can be done after the items are delivered late. I definitely do not recommend this company.

BEWARE! After 36 hours and countless hours on hold, there was no update on the status, no way for us to cancel the order and every time we tried to escalate to upper management, we were put on hold. No one knows what is going on and the customer service is useless. Borderline fraud!

I placed an order with them and wanted a Z-fold for my brochures but since this is my first time I selected the option to get feedback before approving my proof. Their feedback was to go with a tri-fold after working with someone named Joanna I had EXTENSIVELY REQUESTED that my order be made with a z-fold instead of their recommendation and she responded and was aware of my request. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS EVEN WHEN TALKING TO SOMEONE THROUGH EMAIL. When the product came in it was nothing folded like how I requested and when I asked for a replacement they (Eric) said we'll give you a 20% discount but thats the best they could do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND JUST KNOW THEIR SISTER COMPANY IS UPRINTING SO DON'T GET HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR ANYTHING THEY DO!
