One downfall was the inability to start your Purchase Order number at a specific number, I wanted to continue with my P.O. Sequence, and this was not an option. Avoid at all costs. They will not fulfill your order in time. They really should consider changing their name. Also, I pity you if you ever have to call customer service. I spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with them for them to finally offer me a refund for their mistake. Then an hour later, they literally called me saying they changed their mind. No refund. Who does that? What an aweful company. Order from literally anyone else.

The website is pretty straight forward. Had to look a few things about paper thickness to understand what I was buying. Quality of the product was what I expected, reproduction of color was accurate. When I made a mistake, the company pointed it out prior to printing. Will utilize in the future.
I know, I know, the site is called 48-hour print, I just really didn't expect it to be true. I had to make a banner for a convention that was about 1.5 weeks away and I realized that probably wasn't enough time to get something custom-made, but boy was I wrong. This banner was made and shipped, and arrived with plenty of time to spare. I'll definitely be placing another order soon here for another upcoming convention.
My 1st time doing a banner design was a great experience with 48Hour. The process was easy and the available graphics was beyond what I what I would have thought of. The service was very quick and the finished banner looked great. I have already been asked who made the banner by a number of players.
I needed a banner in a hurry, I uploaded my file, asked customer service if I would get it in time, they put it in as a rush order at no extra charge. The banner arrived in time and it was done perfectly.

The website takes you hand through the process of layout and design. It is fantastically flexible and powerful, yet extremely intuitive and easy to use. My only criticism is minor - text boxes were not full-justifiable, but I worked around that by selectively adding my own spaces. 48HourPrint delivered my products quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking do-it-yourself design products.
The pricing and quality of the vinyl picture banners I ordered is fantastic! I chose the sewn edge with grommets and I can see that these will last a long time (they're used in parades). Shipping was fast. The pricing for the shipping was pricey though, almost as much as one of the banners so that might hold me back on future orders.
I ordered poster printing before, I made a data as their instructions show on the web site, but the printing quality was terrible.
Found out the format(or settings) they show doesn't work well.
I asked for a refund or to redo.
But they responded a week later, which was too late for the event I participated.
Because of their massive delay, I needed to order the same thing at a different store.
A customer support was rude too. She even didn't apologized for their mistakes. No refund.
