Worst Customer service ever!
I wish I would've read the reviews first!
I placed an order with them and wanted a Z-fold for my brochures but since this is my first time I selected the option to get feedback before approving my proof. Their feedback was to go with a tri-fold after working with someone named Joanna I had EXTENSIVELY REQUESTED that my order be made with a z-fold instead of their recommendation and she responded and was aware of my request. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS EVEN WHEN TALKING TO SOMEONE THROUGH EMAIL. When the product came in it was nothing folded like how I requested and when I asked for a replacement they (Eric) said we'll give you a 20% discount but thats the best they could do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE AND JUST KNOW THEIR SISTER COMPANY IS UPRINTING SO DON'T GET HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR ANYTHING THEY DO!
