Its a long story but in short you will get something similar to what you ordered but probably more damaged than promised and missing, damaged, and incorrect parts. Just save yourself some time and buy new. It's not worth the hassel.
Ordered a mini fridge when I got there they were sold out but offered me other similar choices with what was in stock. Very satisfied with product and customer service.
I needed to replace an old flood light and decided to give this light a try for the additional features that you don't get from the standard flood. First it was packed well to protect the product. The light was very easy to install. I had it up in less than 15 minutes. Does a great job illuminating backyard with a full range of adjustments to direct the beams. I downloaded the Bluetooth app and it synced to my phone in seconds. The controls worked as described and give this light many more capabilities than the normal flood. Overall, I am very pleased with this motion sensor flood light.
I have several products from 3Gorillas - my AC, my dehumidifier, a cool Versonel Pressure Cooker, and everything has worked extremely well, and has come at a crazy low price. I called to ask a question about my dehumidifier, and the service was outstanding. I am so happy i found this place, and tell as many people as i can about it!
I recently purchased a Versonel Bluetooth LED motion sensor light from 3 gorillas.com. I installed it in the front of the house. The motion detection is great and the LED light is bright. The phone app is a nice feature. I plan on getting another one for the side of the house.
I just bought the Versonel Bluetooth LED motion sensor light from 3 gorillas.com. I ordered it on a Monday and was installing it on Wednesday. This is a great site for up and coming household items. 3 gorillas has something that the techie in all of us need. I was looking for a flood light for my back yard and came across this site and they had a flood light with motion detection and you can control the light from your cell phone with an app for IOS and Android the light is really cool and works great. All and All this is a great company with a lot of really cool items. They ship fast and the items are always how they are described. I have don business with them before with the same results I give them 5 stars.

Total destroyed by UPS.freon leaked all over inside box.styrofoam melted.leaked all over inside box.although outside box in big print states FRAGILE.Do Not Drop.obviously not respected such info.it was NOT shipping company fault.ALL fault of UPS...hope it will be easy to return.afraid to go thru this again...but will try.again 3Gorillas has been great so far.hope rest of process same result from 3Gorillas.

The 80lb ac unit was delivered quickly within 2 days and is working like a charm. Quiet and perfect for a small room. Will see when the next peco bill arrives if the cost savings will pay for the unit in a year.

Easy. Thank you. Delivery guys didn't handle the pallet very good and tip on its side and could have damaged some finished ends. Will be checking today. Not your fault but delivery of finished product needs to be kept flat. They were not caring.
It was a quick and easy transaction. However, my product has a right handle that is smashed in and a triangle hole above the right handle that measures 1" on all 3 sides. I looked in the box but didn't see the missing piece. Although the unit seems to operate properly I was expecting a better quality. I attempted to call you early Friday afternoon but the voice mail said your office was closed. I would really like an explanation. Thanks
Everything was outstanding upon delivery, but there was one issue. The plug that goes into the wall was bent completely flat (all 3 prongs. I used pliers to straighten the plugs out and it works fine.
I ordered a shredder with some hesitation. Got the product fast, but it was not the right product for me. Contacted three gorillas and was told to send an email. Got a response that a technician will call. Said "oh-oh, here comes the BS". No- I just got a return tag, and a few nice emails. They got the returned package this morning and informed me of the refund before noon

I am so pleased with 3 gorillas! I was a bit skeptical with the pricing but gave them a play. I bought a refurbished portable AC. Oh my goodness it's way cool...pun intended. My mom just talked me out of it so I will be looking for another. Super speedy shipping was a surprise.
