ICE Maker arrived quickly, Has quite a BIG Dent in the side. GLAD IN WAS BUILDING IT IN UNDER-COUNTER! Came with 9Ft of 1/4" hook up tubing, but NO FITTINGS! This is not a problem for me as I am a professional, and have fittings in inventory. Would piss me off if I was an average consumer.
I was surprised there was no packing in the package when it arrived a few days later than I expected. Glad we found the item here and the price was good. Thank you.
We were looking for a specific size and power level in a portable air conditioner and 3gorillas had just what we needed at a great price. The unit works as expected and we've had no problems.
The website s easy to navigate and the price was better than other online places. Also, the free shipping saved my another $30.00 compared to other websites that featured the same product.
Great price for what I need. But, one of the units has a broken lid for the air out vent. This was not damaged in shipping. It appears it was shipped broken.
Overall my shopping experience was good, quick and easy. But unit I received was scuffed up and a couple cracks in plastic but easy to fix. Works great

Product received in a timely manner. However, the product is damaged. The whole right side is smashed in. Overall, I'm pleased with the inventory 3Gorilla's has, the pricing and the shipping.
I bought a Danby 54 bottle wine chiller and arrived at my house quickly and the deliveryman brought it right to the room in my house. I just had to unwrap the chiller and plug it in.
I received the Whynter portable air conditioner in good condition. However, the large intake hose is spiraled in the wrong direction for the two (2) "curved neck connectors" that are supposed to attach to the ends of it. The instructions say to turn them on in a clockwise direction, but since the hose is spiraled in a clockwise direct, that is impossible. It is also impossible to turn them on in an anti-clockwise direction. It is equivalent to trying to put a left handed nut on a right handed bolt... it just doesn't work.
The exhaust hose and its connectors work just fine as designed, so I think I just received the wrong intake hose. I completed the installation using duct tape to attach the intake hose to its connectors, but it looks pretty shabby. I notified customer service of this problem by email and asked for them to send me the correct hose. So far I have not received a reply.
I like the product and intend to order another one if they have anymore available and correct this problem.
So far it has been great. Quality of product and all parts being there when we set it up next week will be determining factor.
Your shipping company has to be more care with shipped item, there was small damage to side of Air conditioner, which did hinder performance.

So far finding the product I was looking for was fairly easy. Free shipping is nice. Product works well and looks almost new!
Not happy with the UPS Driver. I was Home all day, watching TV in my room 2 Dogs. And NOT once did me the dogs or my room mate even hear the door bell or knock on the door. If the package did not weigh 100 LBs odds are it would have WALKED from just being dropped off at my front door, H*** for all I know someone might saw it and went to get a buddy with a truck or dolly and lucky I was in the habit of opening the door every hour checking. I Live 2 doors from a Major Street my Front door is seen from that street.
I Did notice the Window mount was cracked on one the railing sides And surprise it does not come with a Half Insert in case I was going used Both Vent holes, I just did the exhaust to outside and left the Intake to take in the room air. As both vents going out side I could not lock the window kit in my window with out Trimming that internal track piece in about a 3rd. As I mounted it on a Vertical window.
Otherwise, I notice the Unit ran good, am kinda surprise about every 3-5 mins it seems to click on when the room goes up 1 Degree from the unit setting. Would be happy if it would let the room warm up 3 degree's before it clicked back on and cool the room again so not so much on and off.
Room is a South West Room and it gets hot is who reason I needed to chill it down as going from Swing to Graves which means I sleep during the day and not trying run my whole house A/C to just chill down the master Bedroom.
I have only just ordered the product, and it was very easy. I need to know about your return policy in the event it is defective.
