I was a little disappointed with the way the product was packaged. It looks like the unit made it unscathed but the Styrofoam was all broken and damaged.
That being said, the unit send to work well, the delivery was super fast and the price was great.
3Gorillas were wonderful, it was the people that shipped the product that was awful...I received the refrigerator in a box that was torn all to pieces, and the fridge was a little beat up, some dents, but so far it seems to work ok.
This is the second portable A/C I have purchased from you. The first one is in the family cabin and works great. I look forward to using this one in my camper this summer. Your prices and info are great!
I was a little reluctant to buy refurbished, but after watching their video, I was convinced. I just hope they live up to their hype. Free shipping and no tax was a bonus.
I ordered a Danby DDR60A3GP dehumidifier it arrived in about 5 days. I was a little concerned about buying a refurbished unit but it looked brand new. I set it up easily and it has been running smoothly for the past week. I hope it will continue to hold up for a long time. My old Whirlpool unit lasted about 10 plus years.
This Danby is comparable in size but much quieter.
I will post follow up after I have had it for awhile longer.
The ordering process was easy but I would look up the product and it would be in stock but then my friend would look up the same product and it would be out of stock.
Works great. Few things that are negative. One of the drain valves is so close to the floor, there's no way you can hook up the hose to drain the unit. I had to raise the unit up 18 inches inorder to drain. Another thing, which is my fault for not reading the discription, is that this isn't energy star compliant. When the temp is reached in the room, I can hear the air conditioner stop but the air stays on. That's about it. Other then that, It works great...Still love it and it's still a great buy.

I bought this item but, unfortunately, I no longer need it due to changed circumstances. However, there is nothing wrong with it. I have yet to unbox the item so I cannot give better information.

I had been looking for this type of unit for some time. I purchased another brand at a local home improvement store. That unit performed poorly and I returned it. I did some online research and found the Versonel unit and researched it's ratings. All the ratings were very positive. I purchased the unit online on a Friday. The price was less that what I paid for the similarly rated unit at the home improvement store and the shipping was free. It arrived on Monday. The unit is well constructed, was easy to set up. I have not been able to test the full performance of the unit as the weather has been cool of late. I did run it one afternoon and it worked very well.
I recently purchased the NW700 Nightwatcher LED Security Motion Tracking Light with Camera. I had done some research and knew that this was the model I wanted. I called up 3gorillas.com to be sure they had it in stock and the lady in customer service was very helpful and pleasant and let me know that they would ship it out THAT DAY! It arrived quickly and I am very happy with the security light. I would definitely buy from them again...best deal around! Thanks!
I had one small problem. I was not able to trace pakage. The email sent me to FEDEX. I spent three days checking fedex. I gave up and emailed customer service. They found that I was being sent fedex instead of postal.
Glad that you sell an assortment package of these. Also, you are the only source for the larger size. The 360 degree lids restrict the flow of the liquids more that I expected, but, overall, am satisifed.
