I wanted to re-rate 3gorillas because of the after-purchase service I received. I purchased a refurbished Danby portable AC for my warm 2nd floor rooms. It arrived after about 5 days with a broken vent assembly, but they sent me a new one. Very happy with how they handled the issue. The unit had scratches and scuffs, but this was addressed in the item description. The unit itself can make a sunless room very cold, but it takes a long while to affect multiple rooms. Overall though, I am very pleased. Thanks

I bought an Ipod Touch generation 3 but it is actually a generation 2,8GB. I thought the price was too high for a device that can not be updated and most apps won't download.
No problems. No surprises. The price was a 100 bucks lower for what "appears" to be the same unit on the Walmart website. As for the delayed gratification of having it shipped a $100 is a good reason.
Overall, pretty good. However, when I went to checkout, it lost the item that was in my cart so it showed a total cost of $0.00. I had to renter the item into the cart and then complete the checkout information over again. However, once my order was entered, everything went smoothely and I was very satisfied with the prompt delivery of my order.
I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled across 3Gorrillas.com while I was looking for a dehumidifier for my apartment. I double checked the price on other sites and once I ordered the product they got back to me quickly about the product I ordered. The one I originally wanted was defective and they suggested a different product. I contacted them and within minutes I was able to order the other dehumidifier. Their customer service was very pleasant and efficient. Once shipped, it got to me without a hitch. I will definitely consider ordering from here again.
My fault but did not see that units were refurbished.Will definitely research more next time! Shipping was fast and website is easy to use although item did not specify refurbished.
There were installation pieces missing. I called Danby and they are sending new parts-IN EIGHT TO TEN WEEKS, VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.
Customer service at Danby said this was an older product and would take longer to get parts.
Delivery was quicker than I had expected. The product was also all that I expected.
Although knew it was a refurbish could have been in better cosmetic shape.
I received the AC unit in three days which was fine but when I opened the box, that's where it all went down the drain. The drain spout on the back of the unit was broken off flush with the unit. Since the broken off spout was not in the box, I knew that this happened before it was boxed up. I had to use flex glue to install a metal tube into the open hole to make my own drain spout. The panel for my window to use to vent the exhaust from the unit out of the house was broken in half. Once again I had to rig something up to use the panel. The unit came with a remote control, but it wasn't the one for my unit. It was a completely different brand remote control than the unit. The unit is also very loud. Sounds like the fan is struggling. Oh well, you live and learn!
I received the order, but the box was very beat up from shipping. Upon opening the box I found that most of the plastic parts, the exhaust vents, Both the large and small pieces that fit on the air conditioner and the ones that fit on the window vents were crushed. The pieces that close off those vents were also broken. I left a message at your customer service phone number telling them this on Wednesday, but have yet to get a call back or event an email to let me know that my message was listened to. It's very hot here in Colorado this year which is why I ordered and payed for this air conditioner. It won't work without the window vents, so I have received no benefit from this purchase at all.
The refurbished de-humidifier had a very attractive price. What I especially wanted was memory, so the unit automatically turns back on after a power outage. It also has a built in pump. I only have it 3 days, but everything is working properly. The price included shipping. The unit arrived very quickly.

I purchased the Smart+ Portable Washing Machine(SPP55AW), shipping time was impressive. I received the item faster than the expected delivery date. This makes like much easier because the laundry mat is no fun. Works great, and is convenient. Now to save up for the dryer!

The Smart+ Ice Maker-- a wonderful product! Originally I thought this might be unnecessary but from the first use I found that it worked GREAT for parties and gatherings. Very easy to use, just plug in and add water. And it makes the cutest ice cubes :)
I was looking for a decent sized, high quality ice maker that wouldnt break the bank and was nice enough to sit on my counter every day. This one didnt disappoint! It arrived fast and in perfect shape and it looks sleek and cool. Works exactly as described too.
I received my space heater and we love it. I had just purchased one this size from another company and we thought we needed another similar one. I paid $15 more for the heater from 3Gorillas, but it seems to be worth it. A couple extra features and it works great.
Coming across 3Gorillas.com was like finding a $*** bill in a suit coat you haven't worn in a while...a great unexpected surprise. I got a great deal on a kegorator, and the whole experience from begining to end was top notch. I have added their website to my short list of favorite retail sites. I never buy anything without checking 3Gorillas.com first...and I recommend you do the same!
Overall my experience with 3Gorillas was good. There was a slight delay in shipping due to the shootings in San Bernadino, which is where the shipment originated. Otherwise everything else was excellent.
