Do yourself a favor. Don't use these people. I am a real estate agent. You may pass the test but you learn nothing. There are many other great resources out there. Even free training. They are cheap for a reason. And not very interactive at all. You have been warned. I started a course, found out it was trash, they refused to refund.
Mistakes were everywhere, spelling, grammar, and math. For example, throughout the lessons, if the answer was 5%, the choices included. 05%. I've been a broker for 44 years and some of their information was just wrong. At times, they asked things like VA maximums and were using very old information. Much of the information was outdated. A sharp middle school student would find most of these mistakes. It was frustrating taking this course and all along realizing that the people who put it together and edited it had a substantially substandard education. I could care less if someone finishes High School if they succeed at life. But if you're writing training material, you need to be more competent than a middle school student. These writers and editors aren't.
For Real estate continuing ed you need 5 classes. They had 152 questions for 1 class! Ridiculous! Impossible to pass! I never saw anything worse than this. Finally got through 2 classes and at the end of the 3rd one-without warning they locked me out after i took the test twice and failed. Called them and they wanted me to pay to retake that class. I actually took a loss and signed up to redo it with another company! That's how bad they were.
The course material is extremely lacking and does not apply to the tests very well. I would try to avoid this site at all costs. There are several better options available that will be much more valuable to you for a cheaper price and much better customer service.
I have taken many online training courses over the years and this was the worst. The course was complete fluff. Stretched out, redundant and a painful waste of time. After sitting through the entire course and passing all of the quizzes (which were timed and did not let you proceed to the next chapter) I received a message that I did not have enough seat time. I asked their support what I needed to do now and they said go back. Go back and do what? Scroll through the course I just took for another 11 hours? You can not just leave the screen open, you must keep scrolling or you will be booted out. Use anybody but 360 training.
The OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Outreach is the most error plagued course I've ever taken.
The course should be scrapped and re-created because it may take more time to fix all the various types of errors than it would be just to start from scratch.
Having said that (considering all the errors), how do you know what you are learning is correct?
That's where this comes down and why you have to pause before purchasing a course.
What you learn has to be 100% correct or it's worthless. What percent is this? Who knows?
How does trust come into play with all these various types of errors that nobody seemed concerned enough to fix when the created this course. It was very sloppily thrown together. It can't be trusted.
This is the absolute worst online course I have ever taken. I believe it had to have been written by someone with a limited knowledge of English language and the audio is narrated by a terrible artificial voice. I can't believe they charge for this. And NO REFUNDS on unused credits, you can trade them in for other terrible courses.
Total Scam!
Find another app to take your classes online 10 hours huh more like 3 days $#*! is ridiculous completely frustrating ordeal when it locks u out until midnight central time no customer support either. -1 star
Stay away! In all my years of completing CEU's, I have never, ever, dealt with such a crooked organization. If you want to spend YEARS, completing a LOCKED, TIME LIMIT MINIMUM PER PAGE, course, that logs you out every 3 minutes and forces you to answer 2 security questions to sign back in, then MAYBE this is the course for you. I have never felt so defeated in my life. If I could rate them an absolute 0 I would.
Very poor customer service and horrendous wait times for a proctor. I waited over two hours on two separate occasions to take an exam for my food certification. The course content did not prepare me for the exam and there was no feedback given on the lesson exams so I had no idea what I got wrong. Called customer service a few times for different issues and they were rude and didn't want to help. I would avoid this company and choose another that is more customer oriented.
Pretty sure this is a couple hairs shy of a scam website. You do get the training, and you do get a certificate and all that. But I got a discount code, applied it, it showed me how much it took off my transaction, but then when i got the receipt it removed the discount the discount code would've had. Basically criminals.
And unsurprisingly the product made to lure you into being scammed is a bad product. The manager mode is extremely clunky, it is tedious as hell to manage multiple users and see their progress side by side. Features are buried in menu chains that are barely logical. It's pretty bad. I'd try somewhere else.
Do not buy this course. This company is a scam and their customer service try their ultimate best to not give you your refund. They require license numbers to get started but dont tell you those and you cannot start the course and they will not refund you. Stay away from this horrible forceful fake people. How low this company is for a freaking $10.
First off, course is outdated, grammar is out the roof, some of the stuff doesn't even make any sense! Customer service is a complete failure. For the sake of your time and hard earned money, don't bother looking to purchase this course.
I got kicked off the site several times and they reset your time backwards and will not give you credit be ready to sit there with the modules running ( I finished after 20 hours with the modules and module tests) for nothing for an additional 10-15 hours they do everything to delay your finish and will not unlock the test so you can finish I will have to sit there an additional 3 hours to get the test unlocked. This would make a great class action suit for paying for peoples extra time and fees its a rip off
Support is a nightmare. I have been trying to get them to fix an error on their part so I may complete the appropriate course. I have wasted hundred of dollars and over 80 hours on their course with nothing to show.
360training is an overall low-quality experience. The courses are downloadable pdfs for each chapter which are unorganized and irrelevant. I was taking this course to complete the requirements for my RE License and my course remained pending approval a month after its completion. After calling customer service three weeks in a row, I was still given no clear answer why the course was not approved. I work at one of the top 4 brokerage firms and when speaking to my peers, no one has ever had an experience like this with other training sites. I highly advise avoiding 360 training in any circumstance.
Worst training program I've used for my RE renewal in years. I have to continually sign in and it will kick me out if i read faster than automated voiceover. Will never use again. Pushing get my money back
Awful company to deal with. It is my first time using them but it is also my last because they have a bad product and even worse services. Their course information is not up to standards and written poorly. Additionally, they have a lot of technical issues with their site and I can never seem to get a hold of anyone. If I eventually do get a hold of someone, they are unhelpful and uncooperative. They send you in circles only for you to just give up on trying. I feel they prefer it that way. So anyone who wants to buy their courses, just beware of how poorly they will treat you as a customer. They literally don't care to be accountable to you. This is a sign that they don't respect their customers.
This company is a scam. You can type to google 40-hour SST and their website pops out as one of the tops. Then on the website, it writes register 40 hours and that's the trap. I registered and paid and later found out that they sold me another course called 40 hours hazpower. I never get any service and the same day I asked for a refund they don't do it and asked to use money as store credit, a Scam nothing else, insane company, and can not believe that OSHA certifies them.
I purchased the food manager package for my mom. This package contained the training course and the exam. After completing the training course, she has attempted to take the exam many times but has been unable to. First they complain about the home wifi not being strong enough (which we've never had issues with) and next they complained about the windows in private study room we booked at the public library. The library staff told us they could not cover windows for security reasons, but the remote proctor insisted that the window had to be covered. Mind you there was a lockable door in the room and she could sit with her back to the window so that they could see what's happening behind her throughout the exam, if they were so concerned someone was going to hold up the answer to her through the window during the exam (makes zero sense). They refused to let her start the exam. All I want is a refund of the exam portion of the course not the training portion since that's already been completed, but they have vehemently refused, citing that their policy only covers refunds within 72hours of purchase. No part of the policy covers what happens when the proctor policy prohibits someone who's ready to take the exam from taking it. In addition, that 72 hour period is so "scammy" because it means one has to complete the course and exam within 3 days. And for those who need more time to complete the course before they encounter issues with the exam, where does that leave them? SCAM!
