Stay Away
June 3, 2021

I signed up for a 30-hour course. The website was very glitchy and took 2 times each time I logged in to select my course. During the course, one of the pages provided information that was unreadable. I completed about 2 hours of training and when I logged in the next time, it did not save my place in the training even though I selected the save button(which it should automatically save without having to do this). I contacted their customer support and the service was terrible. I told them the issue and the course that I was having the issue with and they then proceeded to refer to a course that I already completed and stated "We want to make sure if you are referring to the Lockout Tagout (LOTO) - Worker Safety Course Online, this shows it has been completed." What! I just told you that it was the 30-hour Safety course! Then they proceeded to ask me my email address, THE ONE THAT I AM EMAILING YOU FROM! For the course selection issue, they told me to clear my browsing history, re-login, and use a browser like Chrome. Really! I am using Chrome and I am already logged into the website. The problem is when selecting the course on the website. They then message me a week later and state "we are still waiting for the advice of our engineering team regarding the lost progress. About the second concern, content being unreadable, please adjust the screen resolution." Still working on it! Screen resolution! What! I have taken many classes and used countless programs that work fine, I should not have to adjust my resolution because your creation does not work properly. By this point I am done and request a cancelation and refund of the course. They come back with "Regretfully, we can no longer process a refund given the conditions on the Refund Policy. As disclosed to you at the time of registration, you have the right to cancel up to three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase." My response: "Your website/product does not work! You advertise a working product, correct? If that product does not work, you are lying, stealing, and being deceptive." Watch out for this company, they are in the market for profit only.

I read the reviews prior to this purchase and wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt. So, I took a chance and purchased the Insurance renewal program for my CE. This will be my 3rd renewal and thought I would try a new company. BIG MISTAKE! First, I struggled to get sound to work for this program, but after restarting and troubleshooting, the issue was never resolved which leads me to believe that there is no audio component. Next, the course material is highly evasive, and the quizzes and tests are very confusing. They do not ask you questions about the content your supposed to learn. Instead, the exam is based on fake scenarios and what if and maybe or perhaps situations. When you get to the end, it does not even tell you what the correct answer is. It's really confusing! Hello! How are you supposed to learn anything here? I then accessed another course to see if it was the same format and of course, it was. I then called to request a refund ASAP. Here is where it gets even more ridiculous. I explained to customer support what had happened, my experience and he said someone would be in touch to discuss a refund with me?! Are you kidding? Why could I not get this resolved in 1 call? He later called me back to say I would receive a partial refund since I accessed the course material. Even though I did not complete an exam course, nor did they need to submit a filing fee on my behalf. I paid $30 for filing fee and a total of $66.60
Fast forward to today Monday. I called them to check the status of my refund sine nobody ever contacted me last week on the status. I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up and called back. Finally, someone in sales answered and told me I would receive a call back from the same rep who told me I would receive a partial refund. He called to ask if a supervisor had contacted me, and I said no. That's why I was calling to follow up and it should not take several calls and hours of my personal time to get a refund. He then said he would call me back to let me know the amount they would be refunding.
Within an hour, he called to say that I would only receive $10. And change! Are you kidding? I can't believe how these people have scammed me out of my money when they did nothing for me but cause unnecessary stress. Do not waste your money or time with this company. It will cost you so much more in time that it's not worth it! There are other programs out there that are more professional who offer a money back guarantee. Proceed at your own risk.
