Horrible Customer service...HORRIBLE!

Well I ordered 38 courses in bulk. I received 28 and 10 was missing. I contacted them and they made the adjustment so I was able to continue studying. I had to refresh several times and by doing so it picked 1 course twice. I contacted the support team and they wrote this...Nov. 22nd, 2022 is when I contacted via email. They contacted me Nov. 29th.

Marielle T: Our records also show that you purchased two SILA: Effective Goal Setting for Business and Personal Success courses. Instead of canceling your duplicate enrollment, you may also consider transferring it to anyone who might need the same certification.

ME:I am enrolling in these courses for my personal enrichment so transferring SILA: Effective Goal Setting for Business and Personal Success isn't an option for me. There's no one to transfer it to. Please refund the fee for this course OR give me options of another course in comparison. Maybe a "Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace" course. I've spent alot of money on your courses and hope for a resolution soon.

JANUARY 25TH AND STILL NOTHING. I spent over $1500 on courses and they don't even have the decency to "right a wrong". They will sacrifice a repeat customer over a $24 course. NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE... SO SAD. They ignored me and don't care about their customers. 2 MONTHS AND NO EMAILS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FROM THEM. I planned on more courses but I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION AGAIN.

Tip for consumers:

Don't buy in bulk because if the system screws up and orders double, you will never get your money back or a replacement course of equal value.
