Absolutely terrible. This company's software failed to generate a certificate for a course I took and passed. I tried to work with the company FOR WEEKS because I needed the certificate. They wouldn't fix the issue. So I went to my credit card company to claw the funds back. Only then, did 360 Training fix the problem and provide the certificate so they could keep the money for the course. THEN 360 Training locked me out of my own account. So I got charged for it, but couldn't access the course material OR any of my certificates. Again I tried working with them to resolve the problem. No response. So back to my credit card company I go, to claw the funds back. Along with sending letters to any state Real Estate Commission I can find, recommending 360 Training be dropped as an approved vendor.
Snuck in sex trafficing training with the program adding a MINIMUM of 75 minutes to the alcohol training program. NO NOTICE of this when you sign up. Also the website advertised no timer but there are timers on EVERY SECTION! Will always remember 360=360 minutes of unnecessary content. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I have logged on twice now to complete the online exam for Food Manager. The first time I waited for 2.5 hrs before giving up. So far today I am waiting well over 2 hours so far. I have a day job and a family. These times are inexcusable. They do not tell you how long or what your place in line is. The only deacription is "all our proctors are busy amd one will be with you SHORTLY" I have a full time job and my time is valuable. To have me wait here without any indication of when the test will begin is completely disrespectful of anyones time. If I did not have to take the exam through them I would not. If 360 2 learns definition of shortly is 5 hours then I guess I am not dissapointed.
The WORST online Training company I have ever dealt with in the past 16 years. Their site is sketchy and not really clear on what they are actually offering you. I made several calls prior to actually signing up for the training for construction course I required to renew my license. They assured me it was the right course even though I questioned in depth about my concerns with their course description. They said if it was the wrong course they would gladly refund me, they assured me on many calls prior to signing up. Well fast forward and right before the exam part I called and said its the WRONG course. They said they would look into it and get back to me. Long story short, it was the wrong course. I took the right course somewhere else and they refused my refund request stating it was past 72 hours from payment. I didn't take the exam, I didn't get a certificate and they got $220.00 from me for providing me with nothing at all. The credit card company says they can't dispute it because 360training policy states 72 hours from payment. Totally BS & Rip off. Spread the word 360training is a SCAM ran by a couple of hoods in a room that generated a online site with bogus training BS.
Horrible program! Software glitches that caused the clock to reset, forcing me to sit in front of the screen for another 45 minutes before I could take my final exam. Inconsistent times requirements on each page. I.e. 2 paragraphs 5 minutes, next page 5 paragraphs with no time requirement. Useless information on many subjects...seemed they were just trying to fill space. Locked out of taking an exam and told it would take 1-2 business days to fix. Trying to complete 45 hours of continuing education, which I've done a dozen times in my career and this is BY FAR the absolute worst experience I've ever had with an online continuing education course. They need to fix this before selling another package!
Paid for the OSHA 30 construction course and was unable to complete the course as their system kept timing out with a "session expired error" and I would lose my progress. I requested a refund and they denied it. They responded on TrustPilot saying to contact their customer care, which I did, and they never responded.
I will never use their services again and would highly suggest staying away from this company.
They are dishonest. Do not let them steal your money!
Numerous employees reported not having received their DoL cards after successfully completing the requisite courses. I inquired to customer service as well as a manager who refused to give me (the account manager and purchaser of the courses) simple information about whether the cards have been requested from the Dept. of Labor/ Occupational Safety & Health Administration or mailed out (no personal information was ever requested). Recommend looking elsewhere, anywhere for training!
Thought it seemed a good value, but you get what you pay for! After paying $45 for a package, taking the classes, come to find out a week later that one of the classes was an elective and did not count towards my CE 12 hours, shorting me by 2 credits! What a joke. Customer service while very responsive and polite, did not have an answer for me. Do not ever use this company to save money.
I have been licensed since 2005 in multiple states across the US. I hated the course from the get go. Tried to cancel. No help. CC dispute denied. I did not complete even half of the first course either, Terrible outfit. Lousy customer service!
I needed 36 CE continuing education for real estate.
The course is complete garbage that starts with "climate change" and other bs.
On the top of it you can't move forward as you wish. It's timed.
Language is my 2nd language and I even read ten time faster.
Total waist. If they don't issue refund I'll be canceling them with my bank.
I am a real estate agent in GA. Use 360training for continuing education.
You may end up spent 9 hours to get 3-hour credit. The course is not setup correctly. For each page, there is a mandatory minimum timer so you can not speed up. If you added up all the timers, for example "Georgia License Law", the total timer is more than 8 hours, much more than 3-hour credit.
By law, as a server of alcoholic beverages, I have to take a Responsible Vendor's course. We can do this online. Unfortunately, I picked the absolute wrong company to do this. Their course was SO LONG and filled with absolutely useless information. It was advertised as 2 hours (which is still too long). It took 3 and a half hours! There was redundant information in the course. There was a question about another state (I am in Louisana and it asked a question about Vermont). There were times, a lot of times, I had to wait 30 seconds or more just to advance to the next section. In one part of the course it went on and on reciting the law verbatim about repeat drunk driver penalties! I don't need to know the exact verbiage of penalties of drunk driving law to be a responsible vendor. What a waste of my time. I could go on and on. Long story short, find another site to take this course if you need to.
Their courses are difficult and requires reading over and over to get the meaning of the questions. I highly recommend not using 360 training. They seem cheep but if you do not pass the course you will need to repay for the course.
I have completed 26 hours (out of 30 hr course), but their system shows that I've completed only 46%.
After at 26 hours, the system only lets you complete 10 modules out of 21. Meaning you will spend more than 52 hours to complete that OSHA30 course. Waste of time and money.
Proctor waiting times are horrendous. Been logging in to take the exam for 4 days in a row with waiting at least 30 min. In queue but no proctor is available. I paid the exam fee but can't take the exam. It's ridiculous.
I spent 4+ hours on the ohsa skid steer course and got a 97% on the exam. After completion the dashboard said that I hadn't even started the course. After spending hours dealing with customer support over two weeks I never even received any follow up all they did was reset my account password. Eventually they said that I would have to take the course again and screenshot my exam results and would not issue me a refund.
10/10 do not recommend, big waste of time for me and my organization.
Paid for the food manager cert. With a proctor and couldn't log in to take the exam. Customer service on the phone AND in online chat was no where near helpful. They have these stupid requirements that you have to have on your tablet or pc in order to take the class. I had a brand new tablet and it wasn't good enough by their tech standards. Tried my laptop, but even with windows 11 pro, that wasn't good enough. Save yourself the aggrevation and stress and just spend the money on a Serv Safe certification. It'll save you a lot of time. And refund?! Forget about that. You'll never see that $$ again. I'm out $50-60.

Horrible online courses, horrible customer service. Try another reputable company. You will never reach a rep by phone, chat will take more than 30 minutes. This company offers sorry online courses that are timed and not self paced. This course is boring and outdated. Read the reviews on Better Business Bureaus website first. They will refuse a refund and keep your money while delivering a substandard product.
Do yourself a favor. Don't use these people. I am a real estate agent. You may pass the test but you learn nothing. There are many other great resources out there. Even free training. They are cheap for a reason. And not very interactive at all. You have been warned. I started a course, found out it was trash, they refused to refund.
Mistakes were everywhere, spelling, grammar, and math. For example, throughout the lessons, if the answer was 5%, the choices included. 05%. I've been a broker for 44 years and some of their information was just wrong. At times, they asked things like VA maximums and were using very old information. Much of the information was outdated. A sharp middle school student would find most of these mistakes. It was frustrating taking this course and all along realizing that the people who put it together and edited it had a substantially substandard education. I could care less if someone finishes High School if they succeed at life. But if you're writing training material, you need to be more competent than a middle school student. These writers and editors aren't.
