I first searched this company for a 30 Hour OSHA course. They sold me a 30 course, not OSHA. It gets worse. They did give me credit to complete the OSHA course, but it expired before I had another 30 hours to dedicate to the training. Waste of my time. Eventually I completed the OSHA course. I came to find out that I don't have access to the course materials from either course now. Once you get the certificate, forget about it. They take your money but you no longer have access to the course materials once you complete the course.
They took my money, refused to reset my course even though I hadn't started. I lost my mom. Brother and parent figures of 25 yrs all in 2020 not to mention dealing with covid work related issues. NOT A GOOD SITE
Signed up and paid for the osha 30 course. Completed my course and was instructed to wait for certification. Ohh no that want the case they lied. I called to request ETA of my certification and they replied that I never finished the course. I asked why did the program say complete. They could not give me a straight answer and said I must pay again and restart the course. Lura rist. Fraud.

I am completely dissatisfied with the lack of service I received. Purchased a 36 hr CE package and it took over 3 hrs to complete 2 lessons in the first course due to technical issues. The audio never worked and the slides were extremely basic. I called the co and asked for a full refund. Initially, the rep said we don't give refunds, and suggested I gift the course to someone else. After multiple calls, was told I'd receive a partial refund, and they would keep $19.95 for the course I started. Later the same day, I rec'd an email stating I'll now be charged $44 for the course I started, but the site showed $19.95, which is what I was told I'd be charged for that course. Beware doing business with this company. I rec'd poor customer service and was lied to multiple times. I will bookmark this site to ensure I NEVER do business with them again. It' not about the money, but the reluctance to make a bad situation right. ALWAYS check reviews before making a purchase! What a BAD EXPERIENCE!
I begged for 2 hours (and 5 calls), I was able to open the course. Then on my day off I learned I've missed a deadline-sleezy company!
Trust other reviews which are trying to warn you -- just wish I read them before I got involved with this nightmare of a company. Reps are off-shore and "accidentally" hang up when they can't answer your questions (which is common). AND unlike other providers who report to the state for you, these guys make you do it yourself. I changed to another provider (who reports for you within one day) and it is truly day and night -- worth losing the money I wasted to save my sanity, and my license since it took theses guys WEEKS to do their reporting which put my license in jeopardy -- UNREAL & HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!
I have attempted to take My Food Safety Manager test 7 times and the online proctor refused to allow me. My camera, audio system and internet connection is checked by their system that says it's good.
They had me answer several questions about keeping any material that can be a source for cheating out of the room that I lock myself on. I even gave them a 360 degree scan of my room— ceiling to floor. They scanned my system and it cleared for any cheating material.
Then proctors kept telling me to hit the Force Quit button which closes me out of my window that is for the taking the test and communicating with the proctor. I explained to them that I have only one window open and every time I hit the Force Quit button it's going to close out. I spoke to several customer service reps and they said that I have to follow what the proctor says. And if I don't force quit my window — they won't allow me to take the test.
Needless to say I believe 360 training is a scam. They refuse to believe me and see the evidence for what it is. And they refuse to refund me.
Find online training with another company. This company was recommended via a state approved company and I regret listening to them. Research for yourself don't just believe authorities. I personally would train with a college.
Their training program said it was valid for a year, but OHSA has a 6 month completion policy. The class wasn't completed in the 6 month window (our fault) but when I called to see if they would credit back the class to retake or work with us, I was sent to a call center in the Philippians with rosters calling in the background and told tough luck.
I have been waiting in a queue for a proctor for more than 4 hours and still no one has come. This is unacceptable.
Realizing that the Real Estate program course materials were not accurate and poorly managed, I was promised a partial refund but they never did it and they refuse to answer any of my emails addressing this afterwards. I have pursued every means of communication to reach them (email, calls, chat message) and have nothing but countless hours wasted and money taken on a course program that I believe is truly defective in so many ways. Their customer support team is unprofessional, unaccountable, and treat consumers like they can ghost them with the hope that consumers will give up on getting their rightfully promised refund. The fact is - their service is very misleading and calculated, and it is a public concern that there is a corporation deliberately deceiving and defrauding their consumers by selling a program that does not live up to the standards it claims. I wish I looked at more reviews on their company because there are literally hundreds. I especially wish I had known that their company has also violated many state business licensures requirements, resulting in many complaints, fines, and supspensions on them. Had I known of their consistent pattern to disregard basic state licensing rules on their own company's behalf, I would probably conclude that they similarly will disregard their customers concerns as well. They are very unethical on their practices and more people should complain about them to their local consumer protections authority or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) because they should honestly be looked into for their systematic fraudulent tactics on average consumers.
I bought 8 hours class with the school 360training " FALL PREVENTION"
I was in the middle of the final test on my SECOND attempt when System had a Frozen screen then STOPPED in the middle of the test. When I refreshed the page for my surprise the course was locked, saying I had 3 attempts. I didn't I was on my SECOND one.
I have a screen shot to prove.
When I cal them the telephonist sad It's nothing that She can do, and I need to buy again and that's it. I payed 200 dollars and I didn't have my 3 chances!
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY CLASSES WITH 360training!
IF THE SYSTEM STOP YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY!
The support does not help at all. You have to do the final exam a few times as support does not have a say on it. So get ready to waste a lot of time.
Just go to the live school as this will make you waste A LOT OF TIME!

I finished the assessment before I knew I need it to the final exam again for the second time.

I ordered the course and the exam and only got the exam. The website is not friendly. I called their customer service phone number, and it took me straight to a survey about the call.
I took food manager test. The letter became triple during the test and I couldn't read it. So I quitted in the middle. The customer service refused to refund it. Do not waste your time and money.

I get the point of 10 hours required seat time, but these guys use a QUESTION READING TIMER and in the time you've taken to read this (about 7 to 10 seconds), they have a 30sec or MORE timer on their stuff...
NOT WORTH THE TIME OR EFFORT! If you have a hard time reading and comprehending stuff, then great, this would be the place for you! If you read decent and get stuff quickly, FIND SOMETHING ELSE!
I've gone and played parts of games, read news sites, hit FB up, JUST to keep from falling asleep while waiting for the "NEXT" button to pop off it's timer...
HAD I done some research before hand, I wouldn't have spent my money on their crappy site. SHOULD you find this while waiting for the timer to pop, click the little FEEDBACK button up there on the top right of their screen and flood them with how much it stinks having that button, ESPECIALLY AFTER you've passed their required 10 hours Seat Timer at the top...
I'm HAZMAT Tech certified, FF 1 & 2 INSTRUCTOR, CERT instructor, and been in the business a LONG time and this is THE most ridiculous thing I've seen yet for a training course.
