Misleading and Cheating
November 10, 2022

This company is a scam. You can type to google 40-hour SST and their website pops out as one of the tops. Then on the website, it writes register 40 hours and that's the trap. I registered and paid and later found out that they sold me another course called 40 hours hazpower. I never get any service and the same day I asked for a refund they don't do it and asked to use money as store credit, a Scam nothing else, insane company, and can not believe that OSHA certifies them.

I purchased the food manager package for my mom. This package contained the training course and the exam. After completing the training course, she has attempted to take the exam many times but has been unable to. First they complain about the home wifi not being strong enough (which we've never had issues with) and next they complained about the windows in private study room we booked at the public library. The library staff told us they could not cover windows for security reasons, but the remote proctor insisted that the window had to be covered. Mind you there was a lockable door in the room and she could sit with her back to the window so that they could see what's happening behind her throughout the exam, if they were so concerned someone was going to hold up the answer to her through the window during the exam (makes zero sense). They refused to let her start the exam. All I want is a refund of the exam portion of the course not the training portion since that's already been completed, but they have vehemently refused, citing that their policy only covers refunds within 72hours of purchase. No part of the policy covers what happens when the proctor policy prohibits someone who's ready to take the exam from taking it. In addition, that 72 hour period is so "scammy" because it means one has to complete the course and exam within 3 days. And for those who need more time to complete the course before they encounter issues with the exam, where does that leave them? SCAM!

Let me just say there are wayyyyyy too many quizzes - hundreds of them, prior to even taking the final exam. You won't even know how many quizzes are in each section until they seem NEVER ENDING! Don't even try calling customer service for help because all they will tell you is they can only see what you see and need to escalate it to their resource department who will take 48 hours to follow-up. I haven't even tried to get my money back and just counting it as a loss at this point. Horrible online courses, horrible customer service. I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone. Try another reputable company. Read the reviews on Better Business Bureaus website first.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use, try a reputable company.

MSHA requires a live zoom type meeting to adequately fulfill their requirements. 360 training is a good tool for a live class room environment, but cannot be used on an individual basis to receive credits for an 8 hour refresher, After explaining this to a supervisor at 360, their response was basically "tough luck". I now have to sit through another class to receive my 8 hrs. For my annual refresher. Kiss my money goodbye. I hope others read this before enrolling.

The new miner training course is a joke. What they advertise - "Get the training you need as a new surface miner to remain compliant with MSHA Part 46 regulations. Start working safely and enroll today!" This course does not provide the information need for MSHA Part 46, it is not MSHA approved and after researching I have not found anyone that will accept and sign off on this training for the MSHA certification certificate. DO NOT PURCHASE IT. When going to file a complaint with the BBB, I found their rating to be a whopping 1.2. The course time varies depending on where you look at it. They also lie on the course time on the certificates printed after you take your course. The course duration says 8 hours, but it you look at the package and add up each course time, it's 20+ hours. They make it appear that the time required by MSHA is what the course provides, and they lie about course times on the certificates they print out. JUST STAY AWAY.

I completed OSHA 30. Took me over a month. I even took a screen shot proving it. They never sent my certificate. Said I didn't complete a quiz even though their system will not allow you to take the final without all quizzes complete. Their system had a glitch. I had a 100 on their final test! They would not return my money or even allow me access for free to retake the whole thing! This was my second course with them. I paid for a third but am afraid to utilize their services and they won't return that money either.

I purchased the California Real Estate license renewal course. Completed two of the courses, emailed the name affidavits, and Id for verification, called and emailed costumer service several times, told them my real estate license was going to expired, waited more 9 days. This school didn't allow me to print certificates on the completed courses. Had to go to another school, had to pay again and retake courses again in order to print certificates. School didn't care at all...

Completed their 30 general course. The course was not self paced at all. They make you pause for unnecessary amounts of time to run the clock out. Then they told me they sent my DOD card out, but I never received it. They couldn't provide tracking and told me I would need to Purchase a replacement at almost $100. Customer service was a joke. Talked in circles, talked over me, couldn't let me talk to a supervisor even though she paused several time to speak to hers. There are plenty of these online OSHA courses. Take your money elsewhere.

I have been fighting with 360 training and go amp for about 5 weeks now. I completed training, I should be able to schedule the test now but I have not been able to as 360 training has been dragging their feet. They keep saying I'm not registered with goamp, goamp says that they do not have certification from 360 training. All in all, I'm out $200, lots of time to study, and it's been a battle for 5 weeks because it seems someone can't do their job but they just blame one another making it impossible to figure out where the problem is. No one will contact the other party to try and help resolve the issue. Meanwhile I have friends listing their homes with other brokers who wanted to list with me but they can't wait that long. I'm about ready to sue for lost compensation and the $200 I already spent

On 11/4/19, I began the OSHA 30 hour training course and paid over $300. After completion of the course i was told that the card will be mailed to me. As of today, I have not received the card. I contact the program and was told that the card was mailed to me. Which I know is not the truth. After several calls I was told that I have to order another card which is going to cost some more money. I eventually did as I need the card for unemployment. I paid the necessary fees including express mail to have the card shipped to me within two week. It is almost two months and nothing yet. I called again the week of
6/26/23 and was informed that they will look into the "it" and assured me that I will get the card soon. I do not think that provide a card to someone would take such a long time. It is very sad that after going thru the process of taking the exam and paying for card twice, I am having difficulty obtaining it. I am still waiting and hopefully will receive the card soon as I presently do not have the funds to take another class. I have gone to other local training for OSHA Flag and have gotten the card in less than two month. Shame, shame, shame on 360 training. Unable to download image of certificate

Uncomfortable
July 21, 2022

I understand how proctored tests work. However, I found their guidelines for the proctored testing are extreme and honestly unnecessary. I am a licensed hairstylist and even my state test didn't have this strict of a setup. I found it to be an invasion of privacy with questions my proctor was asking. Customer service is terrible with 360 Training. I have found this be more of a required pain than anything. I hope to never use 360 Training again.

STAY AWAY!
December 7, 2020

Absolutely horrible company. Their lack of service and being client-centered is unbelievable. Let me explain why.
I signed up to go through the insurance classes. Well, I have other jobs and have been busy. My goal is to use my time off over Christmas and New Years to knock the training out. I receive an email with less than 1 months notice (22 days only) that I have to finish the class by Dec 31 or ALL MY PROGRESS WILL BE LOST! They are removing old technology and are too lazy to do it correctly and spend the time to transfer my class status. This is UNACCEPTABLE! I am sure that many people will use their time off to do some training, etc. I have asked for a refund to go to another training course and I was refused. This is unacceptable, unethical, and selfish. I do NOT recommend you use 360 training due to their lack of customer service and unethical practices.

Waste of Time-Too Long
January 16, 2022

I have been a bartender for over 10 years and I am 38 years old. I moved to IL and was required to get a Illinois BASSET Alcohol Seller-Server certificate. This program was over 2 hours, not worth the time and I didn't learn anything new. Can you please have a read-only option and not these videos? Awful.

I wanted to pass along a poor experience I had with 360training.com.

I understand that OSHA requirements dictate that OSHA 30 training must be completed in 6 months, but that shouldn't exempt a vendor from giving additional time on their account or opening a new training session.

In my case, I had some very extenuating circumstances with a home move, job relocation and an unexpected acceptance into a local University of Houston program. All during the 6 months the training access was open. I have asked 360training.com to open my training for 1 more month so that I can now finish, and they refused, suggesting I needed to pay for an additional course giving me $30 off the course fees.

I don't expect OSHA or the DOL do anything about this, but you should know, and there definitely should be some provisions for extension in certain cases. I believe their reluctance to extend the online training session for 1 more month shows poorly on 360training.com.

Scammers..
June 10, 2022

Scammers... STAY AWAY! Purchased two courses and they deleted my access. The system is complete with issues, you will get stuck many times. They block you and you won't have access to the course materials. These crooks just want you to sign up over and over again. There are no Student Support people, just one person you will deal with all the time; not to mention that she is rude. Get a legitimate school and STAY AWAT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They should be removed and revoked from the list of accredited schools. AGAIN… Stay away!

Worse customer services
September 4, 2021

So I took my 10hrs sst card on June, and I passed the final exam. It took 3 months to get my 10hr sst card and every time I called they would give me the same excuse that the card is pending and that they would give me an update 24-48 hours & it never happened. This is the worse customer service and I had to send like 3 different kinds of selfies. Do not waste your money here. This is the worse customer service by far
