The OSHA 10 Hour General Industry Outreach is the most error plagued course I've ever taken.
The course should be scrapped and re-created because it may take more time to fix all the various types of errors than it would be just to start from scratch.

Having said that (considering all the errors), how do you know what you are learning is correct?

That's where this comes down and why you have to pause before purchasing a course.

What you learn has to be 100% correct or it's worthless. What percent is this? Who knows?

How does trust come into play with all these various types of errors that nobody seemed concerned enough to fix when the created this course. It was very sloppily thrown together. It can't be trusted.

Tip for consumers:
Read reviews like the one I'm posting for whatever site you want to use that offers courses. In some cases the site has a monopoly on a course and there is no alternative but to complain to the website. You should do that as much as you have patience for. Frankly some of those con-artists like the fact they have a gravy train guarantee and cannot be touched by your comments as everyone is forced to use their courses. Companies that have a monopoly are untouchable and unaccountable. Still...

Products used:
I used their product because I know of no other for this particular course. I was told by my employer I had to use that site and I'm almost 80% through it so far.

I've been using it for years but it seems to do absolutely NOTHING about the spam problem. They don't even tell you what is done with the reports. In some cases they refuse to get the reports to the appropriate ISP, meaning you just wasted your entire effort. I'm almost done with them because it seems like all the benefit goes to SpamCop and zero benefit goes to me (who is doing all the actual work). They need to be a little more forthcoming about what is actually done with the reports you send to them, besides wasting the time of the people doing the reporting. They need to be a little more active in blacklisting the servers that generate spam, especially those which are sending spam that is attempting to extort money via BitCoin. The stupid ISPs who can't get their act together should get out of the business they're in if they can't maintain a halfway decent level of security on their mail servers and not whine to SpamCop if they are blacklisted.
