I received my first strawberry protein yesterday and tried it this morning. It is very mild and not too sweet. I was not hungry at all between shakes today. I am looking forward to the many ways I can make shakes with it since it has such a subdued flavor. I just wish the wait wasn't so long to receive orders. I waited eight days for this order to arrive. I am currently waiting for a portion of the same order to be filled and shipped, so it will be at least another week.

I enjoyed some of the content within the starter kit but not all. I was a little disappointed that my "guide email" on how to use everything came 3 days after the stuff was delivered and the kit was delivered without any honest directions. Since it was my first time using anything like it, I ended up having to do some research of my own in order to use the product, which is fine but again disappointing since it was considered a starter kit I thought it would have more guidance. I am currently not convinced 310 nutrition is as great as people say it is quite yet but I'm still a newbie and will give it a try still.

I have ordered before on subscription with no issue, but fell off the bandwagon. I decided to start back up. This time around I still haven't been sticking with it and had slowed the amount of product I needed. 310 does not send any reminders that your auto ship is coming up, they just send you an email saying you have been billed for it. I literally attempted to cancel it within an hour of receiving this email only to be told I couldn't. I was told they pride themselves on fast shipping and as such the order was already being processed… still didn't get it for 4 days but whatever. When I went to open the package there is no return slip. I had to jump through a million hoops to get a return initiated, in which the rep offered to refund me a partial credit of 30% to keep the items. I told her no, I wanted a return and refund - I already have more here than I need. They inform you that you also have to pay for shipping which is a joke, considering I tried to cancel the items before they were even picked for shipping. Additionally, there is no place online to cancel your subscription. The website says you can cancel by calling or emailing. When you call it tells you to email and when you email it tells you to call. It's very frustrating. They expect you to just give up so they can have your money and not worry about refunding you. Also, they have had my return for over 2 weeks and I have not received a refund, and cannot get a hold of a customer service representative. Sounds like it's time to discuss misuse of my card to the bank.

I had to contact the company and Bridgett was my customer representative. Very nice, handled my issue and resolved it for me. Great customer service is hard to find but she did good. Thanks

I will never order from this company again I got two orders and was very happy with the product but due to the lack of customer service I will never buy from this company again they lost my order they can't replace my money for two weeks but before this I received to my orders and magically lost my address when I asked to pay for more money for my shipping to come quicker because what's the point of being on a diet without drinking the shakes once a day at least I've been well I shake now for a whole week and they told me that there's no way for me to pay more money for shipping and that I have to wait another week

I ordered the salted caramel flavored meal replacement shake. The ingredients are quality, and has a good amount of protein, but when you mix it with water as instructed it does not taste good at all. I even let it sit in the fridge overnight, and the powder doesn't dissolve. It's gritty with poor flavor. I used it in a healthy brownie recipe, and it turned out pretty good though. I'll have to try other recipes with it, but the whole reason I ordered it was to have a quick and easy meal replacement. Now I'm having to actually bake and mix it with other things to mask the taste.
