What is the return policy? I ordered one protein shake along with 310 dietary supplement on Aug.11, 2017 and received on Aug. 22.

Hi, I was wondering if one packet equals a scoop? It keeps saying a scoop of powder. what size scoop?

Answer:
Yes, individual packets are equal to one scoop. The regular packages come with a scoop.
