I ordered 2 of the starter kits for $9.00. When I placed the order, the website timed out, however I received a text alert that my debit card was authorized for $24.99. Without any further information, I called the help number to see if my order was placed. It wasn't and I was offered to place my order over the phone so I did and received another authorization on my card for $26.99 this time, tax included. I was told that the first charge would fall off since they're pending charges. I look at my bank account today (2 days later) and BOTH charges have posted. I contact support via chat which was no help. Their solution was to dispute the charge with my bank and then they offered this..."Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund because we are only showing one charge in our system. You have the option to cancel the order or return the product when you receive it. We can place another order and apply a discount for your troubles but we will not be able to issue a refund in this case." I told them no, I will not have my card charged a third time without receiving any products. My bank told me I have to shut down my card in order to dispute the charges since it's a debit card. So now here I am, out $52, bank card shut down and no products. If I ever receive my products, I will NOT be ordering from them again.
Delivery was one week late and not what I ordered. I ordered 310 shake and received 310 whey. When I called in to complain they said the whey Includes soy and dairy! I am allergic now to Soy and Dairy so I ended up giving the shipment away and feeling very disappointed and cheated! I went to Sams Club and purchased some meall replacement products at a much cheaper price!
The tracking number seldom works. It took them two weeks before the product even left the shipping place. I got a confirmation the day after I ordered for it. It took me complaining before they actually shipped it to me.
Horrible. Took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
Once arrived, they sent the wrong shake.
Took almost 2 weeks again for the replacement
Customer service rep Chamirra emailed me talking to me like I'm a child.
Extremely displeased, and then they sent me 2 scoops of the item I originally ordered as a gift. LAUGHABLE.
Horrible experience
I have purchased 310 Nutrition several times however, my last order was an absolute nightmare. Long of the short, I never received my order in spite of having tracking information show the order was delivered. I spent well over an hour arguing back and forth with the customer service representative. In the end yes, my order was re-sent and delivered to my home but the amount of time I wasted makes me second guess if it was even worth it.
Last note - the representative who organized the shipment with me had the nerve to indicate that even though I reached out to 310 Nutrition to confirm they had the right address it was "my responsibility to contact USPS to ensure they have the same delivery address as well"
Yeah... because that's how shipments with a SHIPPING LABEL work.

Shakes are delicious with low fat milk. I have tried replacing a meal and maybe two. It's harder to replace two. I've lost inches. The 310 juice really help me control my cravings. I am proud of myself that I am giving this weight loss journey another try. Thank you 310nutrition.
I've tried several protein shakes, including vegan options. This is by far the best I've ever had! I was skeptical but they literally taste milk shake like. So glad I tried 310, I'll definitely be ordering again!
Shipping was held up for a very good reason... Hurricane Irma! Four days after the hurricane I received both of my orders!
I think 310 Nutrition products are well thought out and helpful in changing my lifestyle and the fact that as time progresses improvements are incorporated! The education is vital ( regarding clean eating) and would love more educational videos like ' Pound a Day'!
I love these products! I've been using them for a couple months now and am getting great results! My favorites are the chocolate shake, tea and lemonade - I've already reordered all and I'm sticking with it.
This was definitely the shake I was looking for. After trying several different shakes and pills to curb my appetite, I am finally satisfied with 310 Shakes. I do start thinking about snacking before lunch time, but it's controllable. No jittery side effects like pills I've tried. The 310 lemonade works great after lunch but before dinner when I need that afternoon pick-me-up. Much healthier than a soda or energy drink!
Salted Caramel... I'm hooked! The juice was good as well - not too sweet and definitely satisfying. I plan to try the tea tonight and I think I'll purchase some of each to help supplement my diet. I recently had surgery - so I haven't been working out at all. 310 is helping me keep my calories and nutrients in check while I'm unable to do my normal workout routine.
Im happy to have received my products. However, you he overall length of time it took to receive the order was very disappointing.
Also, my tea cup is cracked. Somewhere. I cant figure out where. It holds water between the walls.
They mix fine in the blender with ice (I prefer mine a little thicker), but for "natural" I found (especially the salted caramel) overly sweet (less sweet when mixed with milk instead of water). I am trying some other brands now as well to settle (or perhaps mix and match)
Hasn't helped at all. I expected this tea to help cut my appetite and hopefully help me with my constipation. I've had none of those results. Maybe I misunderstood what this product could do. Please email or call me back about what I'm possibly doing wrong. Thanks Cell *******409
The lemonade is amazing all flavours are great! They do help with sugar cravings, they have just the right amount of sweet and tart and doesn't taste fake. LOVE the pink shaker cup! Haven't started my 310 shake yet finishing another powered off first before I start my 310!
So I jumped in with the starter kit and I haven't looked back. Since July with a better diet combined with 310 once a day I have dropped 30 pounds. They all taste great compared to what I have had in the past and being a big eater all my life it was nice to have something that actually kept me full.
So all this great stuff in one place and it is working why not 5 stars. Well the shipping is painfully slow. If I am going to pay for shipping I feel like the product needs to come faster. I know control for 310 is limited because someone else delivers the package but they chose the provider

Customer service is great, although they don't always have the answer. I ordered the lemonade pack and it was on back order but no one told me. Nor did I get an email. Wish someone would have at least let me know. But I understand. Other than that, 310 is pretty close to perfect!

310 nutrition products are absolutely effective! Since starting these products my metabolism has improved dramatically and I have a lot more energy to burn at the gym. I started working prior taking the products and noticed that I was loosing a lot of inches rather than weight. Since incorporating these products into my workout regime, the weight was slowing began melting off! I've already lost 10 pounds and tons of inches since May 2017. I went from wearing a size XL to a medium and down 1 size in pants! Of course, my journey maybe slower than others but overall I happy with MY progress. I just recently ordered your Raspberry, Blackberry and Original Lemonade for the first time and I love all three, however the berry ones are my favorite. They taste good which is a nice change from plain water. One of the benefits of the lemonade is how much it helps curb your appetite and cravings, especially for sweets... and I have notice I feel better when I drink 2 per day and believe my metabolism is working much better since drinking the lemonade every day.
