In fact... I have gained weight. But I still drink it every morning as a breakfast option. I am starved by lunch and I do not think it has curbed my appetite at all throughout the day. I'm better off sometimes eating a large breakfast, and then small meals throughout, but I don't have time for that in the mornings.

Started with the $9 starter kit and a $39 sample pack. Great products! I recommend trying all the flavors to find what you like. My reorder was only for the vanilla because of its versatility but I liked the chocolate, strawberry and mocha too! Seeing results and definitely appreciate the appetite suppression.
First shake was delicious and cannot wait to order more shakes from the website! Also excited to see results and try the tea and lemonade in my starter pack as well, thankful to have found this product.

I love this company. I've lost 19 pounds since April 2017 due to clean eating, exercising and having two shakes a day. My favorite shake flavors are whey vanilla, strawberry and salted caramel. I also love the juice, lemonade and tea. The peach tea is really good.
I'm glad I ordered the starter kit! Hopefully this helps curve my hunger in the long run. The salted caramel isn't exactly what I thought it would taste like, but I know it'll take good blended into smoothies.
I have been on my journey for 3 weeks now and I have lost 10 pounds! I have only had 1 issue with shipping and it was the transition between UPS and USPS which was not a fault of 310 Nutrition. Wish the shipping was a bit faster, 12 days is kinda long especially when I'm in NY and it says it's coming from Canada. I had free shipping this time but when paying $7.99 for shipping I hope it goes a lot faster
I love the products but wish we didn't get shakers with every order! Send them with maybe the first two orders. I have six now and use three of them. One for shakes and two for water. The cost of all those extra shakers we have could be used to bring down the cost of the product. I am on a fixed income and can't always purchase what I need so any help would be great!
I love the products! I will make sure I have at least 3 weeks of shakes shipping took almost 2 weeks to get what I ordered. Customer service was excellent when speaking to them! Add Peanut Butter shakes please!
Love the strawberry. Shipping takes a while which is my only complaint. But, the product is great. This my second order. So, my recommendation would be if you don't want to run out order a least 2 weeks before.
Love the 310 meal replacement shakes. They are delicious and have helped me maintain a low fat diet plan. I don't feel deprived in any way and feel very satisfied. The multivitamins are fantastic for optimal health. I also enjoyed the tea in the starter pack. Those are next on my list to order!
The item came quickly and they kept me informed of shipping updates and status. Switched to this brand as I didn't like the price of beach body and will say the taste is good and delivery is date quicker (plus it is much more affordable)

I enjoy the shakes. They work well with diet and exercise. However, their customer service is less than desirable. I had an issue with an order and tried to contact them immediately through messenger, which popped up. They took over 24 hours to answer and then told me they couldn't help, no way to change an order after 24 hours. And yet my order didn't ship for almost a week and a half! Disappointing!
Most companies that I order from have my products to me within a week. Having to wait so long for something that should be so simple is mind boggling. Products are good but I am tired of having to order far ahead just to make sure that I do not run out
I use USPS Priority Mail for my e commerce sales. Customers always have their purchase within 3 days.
I bought 4 bags of chocolate 310, and got a free tea guys! I do NOT like the seal on the bags they are cheap and I've come down stairs a few times to them open. Other then that. I am a happy buyer!
I am impressed with the way the product blends as I am a prior ideal shaper. 310 blends smoother and overall energizes me over the entire day without burn out.

Site is easy to use. They often have freebies with some orders. I got the shaker, tea tumbler and salad container for free. The product is awesome. No overpowering flavors. For example, when I make my 310 smoothie using the salted caramel, baby spinach and apple... the flavor of the apple comes thru! I also use 1/2 scoop in my overnight oats.
