“It's a great breakfast option, but I haven't lost any weight on it.”

In fact... I have gained weight. But I still drink it every morning as a breakfast option. I am starved by lunch and I do not think it has curbed my appetite at all throughout the day. I'm better off sometimes eating a large breakfast, and then small meals throughout, but I don't have time for that in the mornings.

If you feel hunger pangs, try adding fruit and other healthy components to your shake to bulk it up and add extra nutrients. Your body simply needs time to adjust to your new eating schedule.

For optimal results, we recommend clean, healthy eating and some form of exercise along with the shakes, but DO NOT require a particular diet because we understand that everyone's body is different!
