Like many many others, they showed the items I ordered would be delivered on a specific date. That date came and went and the item had not shipped. Sent them a message in chat asking what the status was and days later they have not replied.

If you read the positive reviews, it's pretty clear someone was hired to provide positive feedback. This place is a scam.

I ordered an item that cost $163.00 on 04/08/2020, thier website posted on 04/08 that it was completed-shipped.
I have been following up with customer service on line since 04/12. They have not confirmed the item has shipped and have not provided me with a tracking number. They have not responded to my last 2 requests.

Got the cover for a Macbook Pro in a really short time, quickly and not damaged. It was not so colorful but still cosy. Recommended!

My son hat was delivered quickly. I am extremely satisfied with the weight and feel of this hat. It is lightweight and it feels very sturdy. It's wide and will keep the sun off of my face. It is a great price and offers sun protection up to 50 SPF. I can't wait to try it out. I ordered a dark grey hat.

When I say delivery date I tried to cancel order but only feedback was for me to return item. Very limited customer service.

I have been a regular customer of this store. I always get my orders within 2 days and their customer service has always been very helpful. Highly Recommended!

This is a scummy site. They basically order stuff off Amazon after you've made your order. Because of this I my package was sent to the wrong addressee and the customer support rep was very rude and tried to blame me. In my opinion because they sponge off of Amazon, I believe Amazon screwed up and sent it to an old address. Avoid this site.

I did receive a refund. But I am updating because 2DayDeliver reported my review... quote

As i said before, a scummy site. How did I get a refund if I didn't have a valid order ID? Just avoid this site because you can see how they act.

Recently purchased few item for my house the quality of the products are best and deliver was also fast matches with the name of their company.

This site should be called give me your money and we will send it if we can when we want to or not at all.com :( I ordered a football helmet for my sons little league team. I found it here for a decent price it said in stock so I ordered it on the 13th. On the 15th I received a message stating the helmet was "temporarily out of stock" and we be in stock in the next 5-7 days and would be sent out. They also said they had recieved the shipping confirmation from there supplier so it would be here for sure. Well it's 20 days later still no helmet that I paid for. And more excuses. Please find a better site to buy from that will actuallly send the items or not let you buy out of stock items like they will.

I ordered from 2daydeliver on 11/19 and received my item on 11/21! I don't understand the bad reviews. The item I ordered was $28.86, no tax and free shipping. Amazon wanted $18.99 for the same item and $35.99 for shipping! I'm glad I researched and found this site. I would definitely order fr here again! The only problem was that I saw in the tracking where the item was shipped but I wasn't receiving any info in my email. I emailed 2daydeliver and they responded quickly with everything I needed to know regarding the tracking. So everything turned out great! Thank you 2daydeliver!

This place has false advertising and because of that I won't get a needed item in time and now it's to late to get a similar item because there is no time left. Would never recommend these people at all! On top of that their customer service sucks as well.

The name 2DAYDELIVER is FALSE advertising! There site stated that an item was in stock and ready to ship within the 2 day time frame. I didn't receive the item for 10 days! Nothing but ridiculous excuses from them. Stay away. Amazon.com may not be perfect, but for the most part you get what you want within the time frame that is stated!

It is 1 of most popular stores as for me. Easy to use and simple to place orders. Always use this site to buy gifts before parties and never had any issues with them.
Popcorn is always well packaged and delivered in time.
Even gaming machine was so great and better than expected.
As for me I can say it is worth for order from them and trust.
I RECOMMEND THIS STORE and think can not mistake when you see nice delivered items. Other stores are also good, but not like this one as for me.

Hi, I was nervous about this item at first because it had no reviews when I bought it, but it really turned out to be a nice little shelf. The quality is good, it doesn't feel cheap or rickety like other ones I have bought before on the internet. It holds a lot, more than it looks like it will. I tried stuffing my whole wardrobe into it and it fit, and there was still space for a few other things. It didn't tip over or anything from the weight. Putting it together was easy, it's just panels that lock together. If it seems like it isn't locking together it's because you're putting the wrong pieces together like I did. I like how you can hang clothes in it, good for everyone like me who haven't cleaned out their wardrobes in a long time. NICE SHOP!

Ordered a sheet set with comforter for 85$. I emailed the company before the purchase to make sure it was the full set sheets and comforter. It arrived quickly but only the sheet set no comforter. I inquired about where the comforter was, for days and received only automated email responses. I then went to their site and did online chat and was told it was only the sheets for the 85$ I asked for return info they said they would send me a return label. The first label didn't work. They sent another. Then 2 weeks later I got my refund but not all of it. They took 13$ off my total. I asked why and they said restocking fee. Then they said they would refund my fee. I am still waiting. What a complete waste of my time and energy. Piece of crap company shouldn't be allowed to do business

This company advertises 2 day delivery! Absolutely, is false advertisement! I ordered an item which was tracked to come on 12/23, which was passed 2 days by 2 days. When checking on the status as it did not come the day it was suppose to, UPS informed me that it was not sent 2 day mail, it was sent ground. Actually, there was no way to receive this on time. They falsely advertised, Stay away if you need something timely. There should be a spot for no star, they do not even deserve one, they deserve to be sued!

Best customer service I ever seen! It's very important to receive a help when something went wrong... Those guys are really best in customer service!

I ordered a repair part from here for more than $500 more because they promised "2 Day Delivery" It has been over a week now and I still have yet to talk to a real person even though I have left 10+ messages on their "so called" contact number that is nothing but a recording! I have emailed multiple times a days to be told it might be another 2-3 business days before I can even obtain a tracking number. Meaning my item has STILL YET TO BE SHIPPED! Its NOT a legit company and has caused my client now to be upset with us and I still dont have the part, tracking number, shipment confirmation or a returned call!
