Great pricing! I shopped around, and this was the best price for the quantity I needed. It was actually cheaper to order 500 wristbands, than it was any of the smaller quantities. It was Quick and Easy to Order! Received in a couple of days from placing order using the standard free shipping. Will definitely use again.
This company is awesome. I was having a hard time putting my pins together and Tom was very helpful. He worked with me to get the best picture and help format it the way I wanted. I needed it before a certain date and they worked hard and I got it a few days earlier. I am very satisfied with everything.
Ordering the wristbands I needed was super easy, cheaper than anywhere else I had already looked, and Nate was great. He was very helpful and got my order submitted and confirmed in less than 5 minutes.
We placed this order 3 weeks before our event, so the first week of September. When I contacted them they told me I would have to pay much more to get our order before Oct. 1 (which is in the small print) which when I did not do that, they put the order on hold and refused to send it or refund the money, or notify me they put the order on hold. After a series of complaints, the item was shipped.
This is incredibly shady. It is not that the order was wrong, or misplaced, this was a conscious decision on their part and unacceptable.

I ordered tens of thousand from this group and many ordered were missings colors. They would never honor it. But really get me is that I made an order in Aug for 16,000 bands and the same order in Sept and they raised the prices by 33%. Avoid this company.
We had a last minute order with no room for error, but Walter came to the rescue. I tried online, but Walter made the process easy so that now we can rest. This order is for world event so we thank you for everything!
I waited for one facemark from them for three weeks and the facemark is huge... It goes all the way up to my eyeballs... I am extremely disappointed with them and my order. I demanded a refund and they did not honor their responsibility.
Nate was great! Best help I have received through online chat. I had trouble with processing a large order for a client and Nate came to the rescue. We tried out this company for the cups that we order every year for an event that we do the cups came out beautifully however when we unpacked them and started using them at our party we noticed about 20 or so cups had either broken lips along the edge or had tiny holes in the bottom so when we would pour drinks for guests the drinks trickled out. Now 20 cups out of a 150 might not sound like a lot but we sell these cups that are event to help pay for the event and having 20 cups broken cost us a $100 we will definitely think twice before ordering from you guys again.
Over the company is excellent and easy to work with. I cant give five stars as the printed wrist band quality really isnt amazing. If these bands were used for a promotional and werent worn for long they would be perfect, however they wont hold up for long.
TERRIBLE Customer Service. Go somewhere else! After ordering $900 of teal and white custom pens I received teal and beige pens that were terrible looking. Then I went back and forth emailing the customer support team multiple pictures to verify that they weren't correct. After 2 weeks of emailing back and forth I was notified they would not reprint the pens and that they would give me 10% off a new order. Worst waste of time and almost $1000 for white, beige and teal pens that you can't give away.
This company promises same day service, but unless you select rush shipping, they take their time and do not provide your order in time. When you complain, they just tell you it's in their terms and conditions and you are not liable. Avoid at all costs!

Not happy with our order. We cant read the bands when we ordered it looked great but when we received was very disappointed. We help cancer patients and when you put these bands on you cant see who we are. Hope you will make this right.

I ordered lanyards with I'd holders, paid the USA option, applied the free 24 processing with free shipping code, received product "19" days later. Apparently the "24hourwristbands" name doesn't apply to the lanyards even with a 24 hour processing code. They product is nice but way too slow plus they shorted me 8 is holders. If you need it quick, its the wrong place.
Horrible company. Placed an order last Friday paid the extra $10 for a proof. Opened up trouble ticket told would be there Monday no proof still on Tuesday. Called the rep said my issues weren't real issues still fighting with them to get a refund. Take your money else where save your time and headache. Horrible company with horrible costumer service.

If a proof is requested, Production Time and Shipping Time will not begin until the customer approves the proof and fully pays for the order. Got my order of bottle openers right when predicted, and they came looking better than I expected! The 2+ inch diameter was bigger than I mentally envisioned it, so if youre looking to put them on backpacks like a keychain Id recommend going for a smaller size if possible. Great product, everyone I gifted them to loves them!
I tried ordering custom can coolers but they lost my art and design and refused to give me a proof of the product to make sure they replicated my design correctly. They also failed to communicate much of this to me and I had to logon to the website to check my order status to even find out why it was held up. Would never order from them again.
