Order was confirmed with a proof (I paid the extra $10 for the proof). Next I received an email saying order was "on hold". They sent another proof that was not correct and disapproved. I had three follow up calls and was then told it needed to go to the US processing and fabrication. I thought everything was straight but then received my (order 3 days late - paid for expedited shipping of course) and found it was still not correct - actually the second proof that was not approved. What a waste of time and money.
Extremely happy with purchase. The product was delivered in a timely manor. The quality was great. The price was even better. Colors were as advertised. Would definitely recommend and will do business with again.

I got a call right away attending my concern. Also a call from an agent explaining issues with my request and why it could not be processed the way I wanted it, but gave me options in case I wanted to proceed with the order.
A placed my order for 100 wristbands and I received 100 more for free! The delivery was as planned. The product quality is very good. Before giving away the wristbands to my clients we even tried in the shower and the printed letter are still.
Be careful if you choose to get them made and shipped from China which is the default option, because this company will not deliver on the date that you were guaranteed if they are coming from China. I called to see if my order was going to arrive by October 19'th and they said that it would be in on the 24'th. So I told them to give me a refund on a portion of my shipping. Instead they magically were able to rush it out to me and I received it on October 18'th, but if I wouldn't have called I would not have gotten it on time. The bands are good quality though, just make sure you order long before you need them.
Kept their word and they were quick. Product is decent not ahmazing. I should've opted for the premium Koozie instead. Probably would've gotten a better product. Still good though. Thanks! I'll definitely use this site again.
This company claims customer satisfaction is a top priority. In my experience, this is a lie. I've used them several times with okay results but after today, never again. I paid for proofs.The proofs were perfect. The final order wasn't what was on the proofs. They refuse to make it right, falling back on disclaimers that proofs aren't an exact representation. They find excuses to excuse themselves and basically tell you their mistakes are your problem.
Ordered a set of wristbands for an event. Paid for 24 hour production and rush shipping to arrive 3 days before the event. With 2 calls to their support team the day the order was scheduled to arrive, I was assured my order would arrive the next day, 2 days before the event. I called the next day and was told that the order would not make it and if I had called sooner, they could have helped.
I explained how I had already called and tried to resolve this, but their team more or less brushed me off. Once it was too late to do anything, they refused to let me speak to a supervisor, refused to have one call me back, refused to honor the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee stamp on their website, and offered 15% of the rush shipping fee as refund for my troubles.
I would never recommend this company to anyone. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a business.
Ordered Koozies for a bachelorette party with the bachelorette's face on it. They couldn't have turned out any better. I am in awe and amazed. I love that you can order in small quantities. They also update you on each step of production, which is immensely helpful. So wonderful!
I placed an order with this company for 1000 printed wristbands and 500 koozies. They charged no rush fee and had my order shipped within 1 day. I don't usually write posts or reviews on companies but when I went to write a positive review for this company and ran across this negative one I felt compelled to let people know that the guys at 24hourwristbands.com are great. They don't scam people and they pick up their calls. Albeit a few times it took me a couple of minutes rather then an instantaneous pick up. Kalvin my sales rep did a stand up job. They're ok in my book.
First their website tells you it's in stock, then is not then they tell you the artwork has to many colors, paid for full color, and it was their artwork. Requested refund, they argue with you for days. They tell you the issued a refund. They didn't. Had to file complaint with cc bank. Never buy from them again.
Richard was so helpful. I was having a bit of a hard time placing the order myself as I wanted more than one clipart. He quickly and easily placed my order over the phone for our fundraiser. As a repeat client I had a code for additional discount but didn't realize it had expired the night before. He was able to find another code for me and within minutes I had my invoice and proof. I was able to call and confirm a couple of things about my order, and knowing that I needed my wristbands by a particular date, the representative made a special note on my order, and then sent a confirmation email stating that the order was time-sensitive. I have a couple of times now, and I got exactly what I ordered and the customer service could not have been better! Excellent company to work with!
Product was smaller than expected (mug) and the printing didn't cover all the white area like I thought it would. When you see the proof it is flat and so it's hard gauge exactly what end result will be. Also, I didn't really need them for a specific date but when I asked when they would be delivered, the window was pretty wide - I paid for US production because I believe in supporting the US, but expect better turnaround. As it turned out, they did produce quicker than they said - I guess better to underpromise and over deliver.
I placed an order for 150 custom rubber bracelets, 2 day rush on 2/15/11 and I needed them by the 2/26/11. The bracelets should have been there by the 25th. It takes 7 days for custom order plus keep in mind that i had a 2 day rush. Here it is 3/1/11 and the bracelets still are not here. I needed the Bracelets for party favors. There is no way i would have ordered them if they would have not been able to deliver in time. When I called to find out when my order would be delivered I could speak to no one. I had to send a complaint via email which took days before anyone could get back to me. As of today I am still waiting for my order. The money came out of my checking account and now i am currently in dispute with them for a full refund. I would never use these people if my life depended on it. And I recommend that no one ever use this site ever. Its a fraud a scam and the customer is never right. Poor Customer Service.

I ordered wristbands for our daughters cancer benefit and they were received with lots of great responses. I now ordered them to give out at our VFW from the Auxiliary on Veterans day. Looking forward to hearing great things from everyone.

The ordering process was infuriating. I had to restart the order several times b/c as I tried to complete the order a pop up message alerted me to a previously unannounced minimum.
The order arrived almost a month later than projected.
Answer: Go to your local sign store such as Signarama and buy local and they are the same price with no shipping charges.

Proofs or order previews from our website are just approximate previews and do not guarantee an exact match. On certain products, the number of times the artwork being repeated on the final products could be different from the digital proofs or order previews as the length or the dimension ratio of the actual products might be different from the digital representation of the products on the proofs or order previews. The actual print location might be slightly adjusted to fit the actual printable area of the products. The actual colors might look a few shades darker or lighter due to the difference in monitor's resolutions and also between the monitor and the actual production color mixture.
